This show is accredited by the AMHR and will be conducted under the AMHR Official Show rules. This is an approved show for AMHR Division A (Under) Halter and Performance and Division B (Over) Halter and Performance Miniatures. All horses MUST be registered with AMHR. A legible copy of both sides of the Certificate of Registration of each horse entered must be submitted to the Show Manager with each horse entry. Entries that are received without a copy of both sides of the registration papers will be held pending until such papers are submitted. For geldings, gelding status must be reflected on the Certificate of Registration in order to show in any AMHR class. If you are showing a leased horse, it must be indicated on the registration papers. No cross entry is allowed between pleasure, country pleasure or western country pleasure driving this includes open, amateur and youth. Horses birth dates are taken from January 1 st of the year being shown. Youth exhibitor s birth dates are determined as of December 1, 2018. Youth are individuals who have not attained the age of 18 as of 12/1/18. Amateur cards are required to show in any amateur class. Amateur cards are $15 if purchased at the show from the show steward. Exhibitors must be a member of ASPC/AMHR to apply (provide numbers on the entry form). Youth may show without an ASPC/AMHR membership, but will not be eligible for any ASPC/AMHR youth awards. Youth memberships are free and applications are available from the show steward. A CURRENT NEGATIVE COGGINS is required for all in-state horses. For out-of-state horses, a current health certificate within 30 days of the show and current coggins are required. No youth under 13 years of age may show a stallion of any age, in any class.

WEST WORLD INFORMATION: West World Equestrian Center of Scottsdale is located at 16601 North Pima Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85260; (480) 312-6806. Free Wi-fi is available at the facility. The Equidome arena is climate controlled. IMPORTANT Absolutely NOTHING may be TAPED, NAILED, or STAPLED onto ANY surface, including stalls, on the grounds. Nothing may be posted except on the designated bulletin boards. Otherwise fines will be imposed. Please help keep the facility clean. Place stall cleanings in designated areas. DO NOT PLACE STALL CLEANINGS IN ANY WALKWAYS OR TRASH BARRELS. Contact Barn Manager Jimmie Sizemore at (480) 567-5911 for information concerning designated disposal area/procedures. No trash is to be left behind in Tack Stalls. Disposal Free will be charged if trash is removed by West World. Thanks! Stall Assignments: Stalls will be available by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27, and must be vacated by 11:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 31. These are 10 x 12 stalls and the flooring is rubber mats over decomposed granite. No outside bedding may be brought onto the show grounds. Extra stalls and bedding just be sent on a separate check from entries. No more than two horses will be allowed in a stall. Stallions 2 years and older MUST be stalled separately. If you wish to come in early or stay over prior arrangements must be made in advance and additional fees will apply. Please wash animals in wash racks only. DO NOT WASH IN STALLS, WALKWAYS, STREETS OR ANY OTHER AREA. Stall Decorations: Decorations may not cover or obstruct pipe assembly at barn ends. Awnings or tent-like structures at North and South ends of barns may not extend more than 5 from barn wall into drive and must have a height clearance of at least 7. No nails or staples are allowed. Barn aisles will be kept clear of upright structures positioned more than 3 from inside barn walls (floor covering is acceptable). Aisle ways are to be kept clear. These allowances will secure ample room for veterinary or emergency vehicle usage. Lunch break: Will be announced at a time determined by show management. Concession stand: Will be open Wednesday Sunday for lunch. Dogs: Dogs MUST be kept on a leash or penned at all times; and pets are NOT allowed in the arena or show office areas, or within 100 feet of the concession stand. This rule may be enforced without warning. Pet owner assumes liability. Smoking: Smoking is NOT permitted inside the office, barns or arena area. NO FIREARMS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PREMISES. NO ALCOHOL (not sold by West World - $200 fine); also NO OPEN COOKING; BBQ s or HEATERS IN THE STALL BARNS. Also NO GLASS CONTAINERS are allowed on the premises. RV Hookups: There are a limited number of 30 and 50 AMP RV Hookups available on the grounds. There is also water available and a dump station on site. You must contact West World RV Office at (480) 312-6802 to reserve your space. RV slots are $28.48 per night and payment must be made directly to West world. Showers are available on the grounds. Parking: Vehicles and trailers must be parked in designated areas only. NO PARKING IN BARN AREAS/AISLES WILL BE ALLOWED (per the Scottsdale Fire Marshall) EXCEPT FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING.

Please Make Note: Show Management reserves the right to settle and determine all questions, differences and disputes arising out of or connected with an incident to this show; and to cancel or combine classes of this Show within the boundaries of ASPC/AMHR s current show rules. Cruelty, abuse or inhumane treatment of any horse in the show ring, barn, stalls or on the grounds is strictly prohibited. The use of stimulants or depressants or any drug affecting the showing of a horse is forbidden. NO LOGOS, NAMES OR OTHER IDENTIFICATION OF PERSON OR FARM WILL BE ALLOWED ON ANY EXHIBITOR, HORSE OR VEHICLE IN THE SHOW ARENA. Owners, Lessees and Exhibitors agree MHAA, West World Equestrian Center of Scottsdale and ASPC/AMHR will NOT be responsible for any theft, injury, or accidents in conjunction with this show. RETURNED CHECK FEE: MHAA will charge a $25.00 returned check fee on all returned checks. REFUND POLICY: A full refund will be given if entries are cancelled in writing to the show manager before the closing date of pre-entries. If entries are cancelled in writing accompanied by a veterinarian s or a doctor s certificate of inability to show after the closing date of pre-entries but before the official start of the show, all fees other than stall and office fees will be refunded. After the official start of the show, there will be no refunds. The substitution of a horse will be accepted with no late fee. LIBERTY TAPES & CD S: Management is NOT responsible for any loss or damage to Liberty music. It is PREFERRED for there to be one CD or tape PER ENTRY. If there is any question as to if you CD will work on the show equipment, please have it checked before turning it in for the Liberty class. GOLF CARTS: Golf carts may be reserved through Action Golf Cart Rentals at (480) 649-5529. No one under 16 years of age is allowed to operate a golf cart on the premises. VETERINARIAN: The veterinarian on call will be Chaparral Veterinary Medical Center, (480) 595-8600; 32100 North Cave Creek Road, Cave Creek, AZ 85331. MEASUREMENT TIMES: Wednesday, March 27 from 3:00-7:00 p.m. and from 7:00-7:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 28; Friday, March 29; Saturday, March 30 and Sunday, March 31, 2019; or for 30 minutes following the last class of the show on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. If you cannot measure within these hours, please contact the Show Manager. Hardship measuring will take place during regular measuring times. Entry information must be in the Show Office before measurements will be made. ALL horses must be measured before they may be allowed to show or present a valid measurement card (current within 60 days or annual). Please bring color copies of your registration papers and original measurement cards with you to the measuring station. Judges, Steward & Show Evaluation forms will be available at the show office and may be completed on a voluntary basis.

(These may be applied for at the show with the show steward if necessary.) 3. ALL horses are required to have a negative coggins within 12 months and, if coming from out-ofstate, a health certificate within 30 days. It is not necessary to send these In with your paperwork, but you MUST bring them to the show as you will NOT be able to show without them.
