No arrivals on site after 9pm, unless prior authorisation has been given in writing. Only cardboard, shavings or woodchip can be used in stables. NO STRAW. No bedding is included in stable cost, unless stated. Stallion stables are for the use of stallions ONLY. Horses will be asked to vacate these stables if found not to be stallions. A deposit of 10 per box is required, payable in advance. This will be refunded following inspection by the Stable Manager to ensure that the stable has been left mucked out, clean, tidy & in good repair. Any damages to stabling will be charged for. Stabling provided is temporary and by it s nature, in cases of severe inclement weather, no guarantee can be made that stables are water tight. Stabling is on a first come first served basis, with additional stables being brought in for our larger shows. The additional cost for hired in stables will be passed on to the hirer. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Cancellation Must be in writing. An administration charge of 10 will be applied to all cancellations. 100% cancellation charges will apply, unless stables are resold. Stables must not be resold without consultation with WL in the first instance.
