BC LANDING NIPPLES
BCS LANDING NIPPLE W/ PLUG IN PLACE ORIENTATION RING LOCK PROFILE SEAL BORE
BC LANDING NIPPLE Landing Nipples are downhole completion accessories manufactured with an internal lock profile and seal bore, designed to receive a compatible Lock Mandrel. They are an integral part of the tubing string, placed at strategic intervals in the well bore, to provide for the installation of various flow control equipment as needed. Benoit Premium Threading, LLC, manufactures and markets a full line of Safety Valve Landing Nipples. Designated as BCS & BCSN for standard weight, and BCH & BCHN for heavy weight; Benoit s Landing Nipples are compatible with standard X & R profile Lock Mandrels. Landing Nipples are designed, manufactured, and certified by Benoit, in accordance with API 14-L, API Q1, and applicable Benoit Standard Operating Procedures. Nipples are available in 9CR-80 to Hyper 13CR-110 material; in stock, in most common profiles. Every nipple is inspected with a Coordinate Measuring Machine, and every nipple is fit tested with a lock mandrel, to ensure trouble-free lock setting. All inspection is documented, and each nipple is metal stamped with the API monogram, and descriptive information. Every nipple is shipped with a serially numbered Nipple Certification. In addition to standard nipple profile sizes, Benoit also manufactures Combo Nipples, consisting of a standard nipple profile in conjunction with a non typical connection size for specific customer applications.
