3. ENTRIES. Entry form : The ultimate date on which entries will be accepted is December 5 th, 2018, 22 h. Please use the Excel form of the Federation Completed entry forms should be mailed to danieleseptember@gmail.com mariabouwens@hotmail.com (in copy) Inscriptions will not be closed prior to the closing date, regardless the number of entries received. Limitations In case the number of entries exceeds the maximum capacity, the participants will be determined by draw, on Friday December 7 th, 20:00 in accordance with V.K.S.B. competition regulations. There will be no limitations for the organizing club. The organizing committee will confirm the participants by mail within 1 week after the closing date. 4. If payments aren t received in full on December 26 th 2018, the organizing club has the right to cancel or replace the skater(s) concerned. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN CASE OF WITHDRAW 5. LIABILITY In accordance with ISU rules the organising committee accepts no liability for injury or damages sustained by competitors. The organizing committee can not be held responsible for accidents or damage caused by a third party.
6. CATEGORIES AND REGULATIONS Regulations and categories according the latest National Adults competition Regulations and National B-competition Regulations and all latest ISU and KBKF regulations and communications. (free program only) 7. COMPETITION Planned elements Planned Elements will be used from the national database for Adults and B-competitions. Participants whose planned elements have changed since their last Adults or B-competition need to update the database (see KBKF Comm 25.2018) Music : Program music will be used from the national database for Adult and B- competitions. Participants whose music has changed since their last Adult or B-competition need to update the database (see KBKF Comm 24.2018). All competitors must also have a copy of their music available on CD (no CD-RW or DVD) during the event only for backup purposes. This audio CD will only contain the program music. Time table : The competition is held on 1 day. The time table will be published on the Federation website www.skatebelgium.be. Please check regularly for possible changes. Prizes: All skaters must be present for the prize awarding ceremony. In case of absence no trophees or medals will be provided. There will be a partial awarding ceremony for the categories Preminiemen and Miniemen. 8. SPECIAL REGULATIONS This competition will be conducted in accordance with the latest National Adults and National B-competition Regulations, including all categories and subcategories, and in accordance with the VKSB Rules of Internal Order competition regulations. The marking system will be used in accordance with the respective ISU Communications.
For each category, the starting order will be determined by draw. The draw will be done by computer prior to the competition. Some modifications related to the time table, can be done due to organization circumstances. All skaters must register in person at the info-desk at least 1 hour before the start of their category (first category 30 minutes). The info desk will be in place in the cafeteria of the ice rink. Coaches must visibly wear a valid trainers license to enter the neutral zone. Photographic pictures of the skaters programs and/or awarding ceremonies will be taken by the organizing club and might be published on local and/or social media. When entering, competitors agree with taking and publishing these pictures.
