Food and Beverage Food and Beverage Sponsors (VIP area) Pro Am Spectators Members Players and Caddies Normal Club activities for week for members/visitors. Opening Hours to be reviewed and agreed. Extra Food and Beverage to be available for spectators with suggestion being in the trees between 13 th fairway and 14 th tee. Separate VIP area to be provided around 8 th tee and green,18 th green and in Club Separate Players/Caddies only area to be provided in Club for food, drink and relaxing. Vouchers to be provided.

Caddies- Dom and Peter Responsibility is to pull or carry clubs and keep them clean. Caddie bibs will be issued on your players starting tee At no time are you to offer advice or information unless requested by the player Do not touch any golf balls at any time Be aware of where you are standing and walking when players are hitting shots this is most important when putting Please assist in replacing divots and raking bunkers
Stationary Scorers Players will be advised on the tee that live scoring/score updates will occur and scorers will be positioned behind every 3 rd green. As a scorer you will Be given a draw, a clipboard and an Ipad Record the players name and score for the last 3 holes. Eg Cheyenne Woods, 3,4,3 Laura Davies 4,4,7 Enter the scores into the Ipad via the GolfNSW scoring system Further instructions will be provided at the event on how to use the Ipad and relay the scores.
