Lucky Draw Mechanism To enter into the CF22 Grand Lucky Draw, visitors must purchase any item from any Exhibitor to claim a Lucky Draw Form to be issued by the Exhibitor. Exhibitors are required to provide Lucky Draw Form to visitors purchasing products or services from your booth. LUCKY DRAW FORM

Lucky Draw Mechanism The organizing committee will be distributing receipts/forms to all exhibitors on 23 rd January 2019. Should you require more receipts during the course of the 5-day event, you may claim more at the information counter. LUCKY DRAW FORM

NO PLASTIC BAG DAY In the support of JASTRe, Brunei Consumer Fair will be implementing No Plastic Bag day throughout the 5-day event of every Consumer Fair.

ACTIVITY 1 - RUSH HOUR TIME SLOTS for Wednesday to Saturday: 2:30-3:30 Pm Purple Zone 4:00 5:00 Pm Yellow Zone 8:30 9:30 Pm Blue & Green Zone What is rush hour? For ONLY one hour each day, vendors get to offer their best promotion price to the public only within the specific time given at the zone. Vendors who participate in this activity will be given a CF FAMILY card to be placed at their booth, indicating that they are providing special offer during the rush hour!

ACTIVITY 1 - RUSH HOUR How to join? 1) Submit your product and promotion summary to our marketing team or sales person you engage with for application purposes 2) You will be provided with a RUSH HOUR place card, to be placed at your booth to indicate your company will be offering special discount during rush hour RUSH HOUR!

Activity 2 - Everything Must Go Schedule Sunday : 7PM onward For vendors who participates in the rush hour will automatically join Everything must go activity as well. Should your company have a better offer to provide on the last day of the event, please also notify our marketing team to make necessary application. Take note* This information will only be released on 26 th January 2019.

GIVEAWAY ZONE An opportunity for potential distributors to conduct a mini interactive activity and giveaway zone for the purchasing consumers at their booth.

Notes For All Exhibitors from AUTHORITY FOR INFO-COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY INDUSTRY OF BRUNEI DARUSSALAM (AITI) DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION: AITI application form (download from website) Supporting Letter from Event Organizer - D Sunlit Sdn Bhd (to confirm Exhibitor s participation) Letter from importer such as local dealer s details (if any) Pictures of the items Manual (with technical specification and content) Application is to be made to both AITI and Royal Custom and Excise Department (either temporary permit or through local vendors)

Notes For All Exhibitors from MINISTRY OF ENERGY, MANPOWER AND INDUSTRY (MEMI) As per Brunei Intellectual Property Office under MEMI, vendors are not encouraged to sell counterfeit goods such as designer clothing, handbags, shoes, cosmetics, perfume, jewelleries etc.

Notes For All Exhibitors from MINISTRY OF HEALTH (MOH) Imported cosmetics, food and beverages, medicines will have to APPLY CERTIFICATION FROM THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH (MOH).

Notes For All Exhibitors from ISLAMIC DA'WAH CENTRE, MINISTRY OF RELIGIOUS AFFAIRS (MORA) Any religious books, design elements, accessories will have to go through the Censorship and Exhibition Unit of the Islamic Religious Knowledge Department, MORA for approval stamp.

Notes For All Exhibitors 1. For Exhibitors having Car Show, please apply to Land Transport. 2. For Travel Agencies, please notify Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism. 3. For Exhibitors selling Khat products, please apply to Ministry of Religious Affairs.
