Matts Tip of the Month: LPC Learn: Practice: Compete: The best and quickest way to improve is to learn a skill, practice that skill then compete and try to use that skill under competitive pressure Learn is your lessons Practice, is coming to the courts to hit with your friends or family, hire a court or the ball machine to practice those skills. Compete, is your comps either during the week or on the weekend or even tournaments; using your new skills in match pressure is the best way to improve that skill if it works under match pressure then it works and you have mastered that skill!!
