All classes will be taking their pictures for the recital program. Please remember that all group pictures will be taken within 15 minutes of their scheduled time students who arrive more than 15 minutes late will NOT be included in the group picture. We cannot make exceptions to this, as it is necessary to keep the schedule to allow children to change into other costumes for individual pictures and to keep the schedule flowing smoothly. RECITAL PROGRAM INFORMATION The Binder is in the Studio lobby Please check the spelling of your dancer s name, the number of years your child has danced and what size t-shirt you would like your dancer to have for their recital shirt. Please be sure to specify Youth or Adult when marking tshirt size.
RECITAL FEES The 2 nd Recital Fee payment will be debited from accounts on Wednesday, March 7 th, 2018 Recital fees will be debited using account information provided on the ACH authorization form. Spring Break/Easter Break March 31st April 5th The Studio will be closed for Spring Break March 31st April 5th. Classes resume on Monday, April 9 th. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS FOLLOWING THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS BREAK SCHEDULE. IT MIGHT NOT CORRESPOND TO YOUR CHILD S SCHOOL SCHEDULE IF THEY ARE IN PRIVATE SCHOOL. RECITAL PROGRAM AND RECITAL SOUVENIR T-SHIRT ORDERS Pre-Order Deadline for any additional Recital Programs and also for any additional T-Shirt Orders is Thursday, April 12 th Our beautiful keepsake recital program is much more than a program of dancers and dances. It highlights our entire dance year much like a beautiful yearbook. This makes a wonderful way to keep dancing memories and share them with family and friends. Each Creative Dance FAMILY (NOT dancer) receives one complimentary recital program. Additional programs may be pre-ordered for only $15.00. They will be $25.00 at the door. We encourage you to pre-order additional copies for family and friends by April 12 th, 2018. After this date Recital Programs will be sold for $25.00 on the day of Recital. Please note that quantities will be limited. The Studio is dedicated to printing a quality keepsake program. Order forms are now available in the Studio Office. Those wishing to purchase additional Recital T-shirt for parents and/or siblings may pickup order forms from the Studio Office. Order forms are due along with payment by Thursday, April 12 th.
It s Registration Time! 2018 Summer and Fall Pre-Registration for Returning Students March 17 th - April 12 th 2018 Fall Pre-Registration for returning students will be March 17 th April 12 th. There will be a special discount for those returning students who pre-register during these dates. $40.00- One Dancer $60.00- Family *Through April 12 st only We would like to thank each and every one of you and let you know how much we appreciate your referrals. Your referrals are our greatest compliments. Please let your family and friends know that Registration for New Students will begin Saturday, April 14th. Trophy Week/Watch Week/Costume Check 2018 End of the Dance Year Awards Ceremony May 7 th 10 th, 2018 Our End-of-the-Year Awards Ceremony will take place at the studio during the week of May 7 th 10 th. Teachers will present each dancer with a trophy for the number of years danced. Special awards will also be given out for 5 th, 6 th, 8 th, 10 th, 12 th, 14 th, and 16 th years danced. Parents may take pictures of their dancers receiving their award. Just a reminder- the students will not rehearse any dances during this week. This week will also be costume check. It will take place during your child s normal class day and time.

Tuesday, May 15 th - Doors open at 4:30pm Saturday 10:00 Recital Dress Rehearsal- 5:00pm *Opening Production Dancers will have dress rehearsal at 6:30pm on Tuesday, May 15 th following the Saturday 10:00am Recital dress rehearsal. Wednesday, May 16 th - Doors open at 4:30pm Saturday 1:30 Recital Friday 6:00 Recital. Dress Rehearsal- 5:00pm Dress Rehearsal- 6:30pm Thursday, May 17 th - Doors open at 4:30pm Saturday 6:00 Recital. Dress Rehearsal- 5:00pm *Competition Ballet Production in full costume will rehearse on Thursday, May 17 th at 7:00pm. Only Ballet students and one parent allowed in auditorium at 7:00pm. *Dad s will rehearse on Thursday, May 17 th at 8:00pm. *Note: The Studio will be closed on Monday, May 14 th, but we will have staging rehearsal scheduled for all extra production numbers. Notes will be given to those specific dancers.
