POWER SUPPLY There are no power outlets available. Please bring portable power with you if you need it to amp up your front ensemble and soloist. BAND MEMBERS SEATING Students may sit in the Visitors Side stands that are not needed by patrons with tickets. Please remind your students to be courteous and appreciative of all performing bands. Please do not move in and out of the seating area during a performance. CONCESSIONS Concessions will be provided at the concession stands located under the home stands. In this packet you will find information on local restaurants if needed. If you plan on your group eating at the concession stands please fill out a meal deal form and let us know if they are paying for the meal or if the organization is covering the bill. This will help our concession worker prepare for your groups so that they can organize a way to feed your groups in a orderly, efficient manner. VIDEO TAPING Mark Rash of Granbury will be providing our recording this year. You will get a DVD of your group's performance in your results packet. RAIN One of the advantages of our performance venue is great drainage and NO MUD! The show will be cancelled only at such time as the safety of spectators or performers is in question. Every attempt will be made to complete class before such a decision is made. The Tiger Pride Band Boosters cannot return Registration fees as they are already encumbered for judges fee and the cost of running the festival. If weather becomes an issue, we will move the contest indoors into our auditorium for a stand still contest. BEST OF LUCK! We hope you have an enjoyable and educational experience at the Paluxy Valley Marching Festival. Thank you for your participation and please continue to share your suggestions with us.
