Step 7: Position hinge pin over hole in block, take the ⅛ punch and tap out hinge pin with hammer. Set pin aside. SLowly remove the punch. Step 9: Remove Trigger Return Spring. Set it aside. Step 8: Pull up and out on the trigger and set the trigger assembly to the side.
Download or Print Instructions Contact: help@mcarbo.com Page 4 Step 10: Grab block of wood and 1/16 Punch and push down on the bushing till it comes out. Set bushing aside. *Keep pressure on the sear, so it does not go flying* Step 11: Disassemble Sear, Trigger and Sear Springs.
Download or Print Instructions Contact: help@mcarbo.com Page 5 Step 12: Take trigger and drop M*CARBO Sear Spring into the pocket. Then take the sear and drop it over the new spring. Step 13: Take trigger bushing and set onto wood block. Drop the trigger and sear over top of bushing so the holes line up. Press down onto the bushing. Step 14: Place Trigger Return Spring on trigger. Get each loop on both sides of the trigger.
Download or Print Instructions Contact: help@mcarbo.com Page 6 Step 15: Drop Sear and Trigger into the Trigger Assembly. Step 16: Using pressure onit to get in place. Start in front and then push right down and line up the holes. Step 17: Using the ⅛ Punch push into the lined up holes, until it goes all the way through. Put the little legs of the Trigger Return Spring to rest on the Trigger Assembly.
Download or Print Instructions Contact: help@mcarbo.com Page 7 Step 18: Using the Trigger Hinge Pin push through on the punch. Step 19: Insert Trigger Assembly back into the Receiver. Make sure the hammer is locked back and the trigger guard is open. Make sure Trigger Assembly drops into this cutout. Locate notch on Trigger Assembly * Use block of wood to finish pushing trigger hinge pin in, until punch falls out.* Step 20: Push down on the trigger guard. You can use the palm of your hand and just give it a good whack to secure it. Insert notch into channel in receiver.
