Prices for these add-ons vary dependent on the time of booking please ask our bookings team for further details and prices. Transfers between Mactan airport/mactan hotel, Cebu and Cebu Yacht Club on day of embarkation and between Puerto Princesa pier and airport, Palawan, on the day of disembarkation are included in your cruise price. Optional Cebu/Puerto Princesa Package On arrival into Cebu you will be met by a Worldwide Dive and Sail representative and escorted to the choice of your hotel in Cebu where you will spend the night. The next day at around 1pm we will transfer you to the Worldwide Dive and Sail Philippines office, then you will be escorted to the boat at 2pm. After the cruise we will transfer to the Puerto Princesa airport to board the flight to Cebu. Spend a final night in Cebu before your onward travel arrangements Package Includes: 2 night s hotel Cebu All domestic transfers Flight PPS-CEB Example Excursions Malapascua: Thresher Shark Dives Visit the Malapascua Island, the only place in the whole world where you can have magnificent daily sightings of thresher sharks in action. Malapascua Island is a small island

just off the northern cost of Cebu in the Visayan Sea. Due to the decreasing number of thresher shark species in the world, a marine park called Monad Shoal was made for these magnificent sea creatures to protect and rehabilitate them. Apart from the thresher sharks, there is a good chance to encounter manta rays, and for the macro lovers, the beautiful mandarin fish. Palawan Experience: Underground River and Honda Bay Tour Departing and ending in Puerto Princesa. This tour combines the cultural tour of P.P town, the cool and calm waters in Palawan s Subterranean Underground River and island hopping in the beautiful Honda Bay which has several islands and islets located off the mainland of Puerto Princesa. The underground river was officially declared to be called as the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park and is now included as one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The rocky mountain that comprises the land forms of the park is covered with lush tropical rain forests. These are just some of the many domestic travel options to choose from when you book with Worldwide Dive and Sail. Please contact our bookings team at info@worldwidediveandsail.com or ask your agent for more information. Advice on your international flights Please book your international flight to fly into and out of Cebu. We recommend you to arrive in Cebu 1 day before cruise departure so you re well rested before the start of the cruise. Otherwise please book your international flight to arrive into Cebu by 12pm and arrive in the Worldwide Dive and Sail office by 1pm on the day of cruise departure. Disembarkation at the end of the cruise will be just before 10am. You may be able to disembark earlier if flight connections warrant however this may affect the number of dives you make on your final cruise day. Any early departures must be confirmed with our office prior to booking your flights. On arrival from the flight from Puerto Princesa we recommend that you stay 1 night in Cebu before flying out on your international flight. Otherwise please allow plenty of connection time to change airport terminals and for check-in. Insurance Worldwide Dive and Sail strongly recommends guests to obtain travel insurance. Worldwide Dive and Sail cannot be held liable for any delays which occur during the cruise, nor delays/cancellations of the flights and transfers organized on your behalf.

General Information Visa and Passports Passport holders of most western countries do not need to obtain a visa for stays up to 21 days. It is possible to extend your stay beyond 21 days by visiting an Immigration Office whilst in the country and obtaining a visa extension for a nominal sum. Visa and Passport regulations for different countries are constantly in a state of flux. We always advise our guests to check for updates and changes at your local Filipino Embassy. Please make sure that your passport has validity of at least 6 months beyond the period you intend to stay in the Philippines. You will be required to show a confirmed onward ticket out of the Philippines (within the maximum number of days you are allowed to stay in the country) upon arrival. For updated information please visit the following: http://www.dfa.gov.ph/consular/visa.htm Time Zone The local time is 8 hours ahead of UTC (GMT). Health Health standards vary throughout the country depending on location. In some cases they do not meet Western Standards but in some cases they exceed them. Manila and Cebu have international class hospitals whilst the hospitals in other parts of the country will ensure that you receive more than adequate care. All major towns have hospitals and doctors available. However, it is advisable to obtain Travel Insurance in addition to Health Insurance before you travel. We advise all guests to ensure that vaccinations are up to date. We recommend that travelers follow normal precautions with food in order to prevent stomach upsets, and be sure to drink either boiled or bottled water only. Please consult your doctor or nearest health authorities for up-to-date medical travel information well before departure. Language and Religion There are over 170 different languages and dialects spoken in the Philippines, however, Tagalog (aka Filipino) is the most widely spoken language in the archipelago. Nearly all Filipinos who work in the tourism industry speak good English, and English road and street signs are found nationwide. Almost 90% of the population is Christian. The largest religious minority is Muslim, and they make up about 5% of the population. Climate and Weather The Philippines is a tropical country and the weather is fairly even all year round. The year is roughly divided into two seasons; rainy and dry. The rainy season generally begins in

early June and can extend through to November. In general the months with greatest rainfall tend to be July and August. The rainy season often brings days of uninterrupted sunshine punctuated by occasional thunderstorms and rain. The central Visayas including Cebu, Bohol and Negros are sheltered from the monsoon rains and thus have less pronounced seasons. These areas are liable to have rain at any time of the year, but it s usually not too serious. The dry season runs from November through to May but there is always the chance of light rainfall during this period. The warmest months are usually March through to May and the highest humidity is in June, July and August. Year round coastal and inland temperatures range from 27 C 28 C (81 F- 82 F) up to 33 C 34 C ( 91 F- 93 F) with an average of approximately 31 C ( 87 F). Evenings are marginally cooler. Clothing and Footwear Dress code on board our yacht is very casual and most guests feel comfortable in little more than swim wear, shorts and t-shirts. However, we ask our guests to put a t-shirt over the swimwear while seated at the dining area. A sweater is advised for cooler nights, particularly after multiple dives. Guests prefer bare feet on board the yacht; however island visits will require sturdy sandals or cross-trainers. Electricity On board the yacht we have both 220V and 110V with 2 round pin sockets. (European style) Please make sure you bring universal adapter with you if necessary. Electrical current on land is 220 Volts with the US-style flat 2-pin sockets. Smoking Smoking onboard is permitted in designated (outdoor) areas. Money Matters The local currency is the Philippine Peso (Php). The vast majority of all hotels, resorts, shops and restaurants will accept a wide range of credit and debit cards. Please note that in some cases away from the major cities you may be asked to pay a service charge for credit card handling. This can range from 3.5 6.0%. ATMs are easily found throughout the Philippines in airports and in any major centre of population (Manila, Cebu, Dumaguete, Puerto Princesa, Boracay etc). Normal banking hours are 09.00am 15.00pm. Traveller s cheques are not very popular as they are not very easy to exchange so most guests prefer to carry cash and / or use credit cards. There are also money changers at airports and in the cities.

Payments Onboard Marine Park and Port Fees The marine park and port fees for this trip are 100 per person and must be paid prior to departure. Optional Extras Any extra costs you may have onboard must be settled with our Cruise Director at the end of your cruise. Worldwide Dive and Sail accepts GBP, EUR, USD and the Philippine Pesos. For credit card payments there is a 3% charge, in case of credit card issues, guests are advised to bring between 200-300Euros, additional to park and port fees, for any incidental expenses such as massage, wine, cocktails, laundry, dive course, torch or computer rental and WWDS merchandise. Tipping Tipping is a matter of personal choice. You may wish to leave a tip if you feel the crew has made your holiday extra special. Tips are divided equally amongst all the crew including dive guides. Airport Terminal Fee Passengers travelling within the Philippines are required to pay airport terminal fees. These can be from 20PHP 200PHP for domestic flights and 750PHP for outbound international flights. Please ensure that you retain enough cash to pay these fees upon departure. Cebu Airport: (To be paid in PHP, in cash only) Domestic departure: 200PHP International departure: 750PHP Manila Airport: (To be paid in PHP, in cash only) Domestic departure: 200PHP International departure: 750PHP Airport fees are constantly in a state of flux. We always advise our guests to check for updates and changes. Please visit the following website for more detail: http://www.philippine-portal.com/visas-and-immigration/travel-tax-and-departure-tax.html

Diving Information Guests Level of Diving Worldwide Dive and Sail welcomes everyone from non- divers to seasoned divers. Each destination has different diving conditions based on the season and time of the trip. If you have concerns regarding the conditions of the destination you wish to visit then please contact your agent or Worldwide Dive and Sail. Water Temperature and Exposure Suits Water temperatures are broadly similar throughout the region; the coolest waters are usually to be found in January March with an average of approximately 24 C 26 C ( 75 F- 78 F) Warmer waters are common in May July with averages of approximately 26 C 28 C (78 F- 82 F). Most guests find that a 3mm shorty and possibly a rash vest is suitable for the water temperature in the warmer months, and 3mm 5mm long for the rest of the year. However, for guests who feel the cold easily, especially with repeated diving, then we recommend to bring an extra vest / hood. In short bring what you feel most comfortable in. Scuba Equipment Since some of the airline carriers have strict check-in luggage limits, Worldwide Dive and Sail offers most rental equipment free of charge. All trips include: 12 litre tanks (15 litre tanks by special request and depending on availability) Weight belt and weights BCD not weight-integrated Regulator - complete with alternate air source and depth/pressure gauge consol Wetsuits - 3mm shorty only Mask Fins - full foot or open heel and boots Equipment Rental The following equipment is for rental at an extra charge of 5 per day. Underwater torch Dive computer* * Please note that the use of a dive computer is compulsory on our yachts. For your safety, Worldwide Dive and Sail asks all guests to always dive within the limits of their dive computer.

Underwater Photography and Videography Our yachts offer specialised features for underwater photographers and videographers. These include: Each cabin is fitted with an individual computer and multiple power sources to facilitate the needs of digital photography. The computer features high-end specifications and 20 high- definition flat- screen which is integrated with the yacht s network server in the saloon. Work stations for the preparation and maintenance of cameras including prep and storage areas. Large rinsing tanks with fresh water changed frequently. Recompression Chamber and First Aid Worldwide Dive and Sail yachts are equipped with a thorough first aid kit and facilities for emergency oxygen administration. Currently there are re-compression facilities in: Batangas, Manila, Cebu and Subic. Generally private emergency air evacuation is needed to access these facilities in the unlikely event of an accident. We strongly urge that all guests dive well within recognised limits, follow Dive Guides advice and purchase specific dive insurance before their trips. Flying After Diving Current studies show that you should wait at least 24 hours after multiple repetitive dives before you fly. Please have this in mind before you book your onwards international or domestic flights. Diving Insurance Diving insurance is mandatory aboard all Worldwide Dive and Sail yachts, irrespective of destination. Please ensure your insurance covers scuba diving and snorkeling, including the costs for recompression chamber treatment and emergency air evacuation. Whilst many general travel insurance companies will cover scuba diving activities they often fall short on recompression treatment or evacuation. Worldwide Dive and Sail strongly recommends purchasing diving- specific insurance such as DAN (Divers Alert Network), Indepths or PADI which each have broad coverage for diving accident treatments and medical transportation. Prices vary dependent on your chosen package. Worldwide Dive and Sail can offer short-term diving insurance coverage (1-4 weeks) through Indepths. Requests must be

received by our bookings team at least 1 week prior to our cruise departure date to ensure adequate time for arrangements. www.diversalertnetwork.org www.indepths.org www.padi.com FAQ s If there are any questions that have not been answered, please visit: http://www.worldwidediveandsail.com/faq.html or Email us at: info@worldwidediveandsail.com
