General Weekend Info NEW LOCATIONS FOR PACKET PICKUP, ROLLOUT, & POST RACE PARTY Packet Pickup & Late Registration located at St. Francisville Inn o Address: 5720 Commerce St, St Francisville, LA 70775 ROLLOUT WILL BE DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF PARKER MEMORIAL PARK. Parker Park is located directly next to the St. Francisville Inn. The exact location of the park does not show up on GoogleMaps Every Race/Fondo registrant will receive $15 restaurant voucher for selected St. Francisville locations for the weekend. Rouge Roubaix Apparel & Merchandise will be available for purchase at Packet Pickup All events held rain or shine Saturday & Sunday: Street parking available along Ferdinand St. Sunday-only parking at the Bank of St. Francisville, St. Francisville Town Hall, Old Library & New Library, and The Post Office (see parking map). We advise riding your bike from your hotel to the race start if you can to save on parking spaces.

Guide to the Gran fondo - Saturday, March 12th The Rouge Roubaix Gran Fondo is an opportunity for riders to test themselves against the challenges presented along the Rouge Roubaix race course at their own pace with no obligation to finish within the 5-6 hour time frame that is typical of the race. Finish times will be kept, and there are no prizes awarded for placing. The Fondo makes a great introduction to the Rouge Roubaix experience for riders who have never attempted the 105 mile race course. Here are some notes on the Gran Fondo that you may find helpful. ROLLOUT: 7:30AM $115 to enter at any time. No late penalty whatsoever. You may register up until 15min before rollout. NO USAC annual or 1-day license required to participate. Included with Gran Fondo entry: o $15 weekend restaurant pass o Rouge Roubaix Hoodie o Rouge Roubaix Branded T-shirt, Bottle, Matchbook o Ticket to Sunday Post Race Party. Fully supported SAG Stops. Each of the listed Feedzones will serve as SAG stop tents that will provide food & water, medical kits, and words of encouragement. There will be coolers to refill your bottles. It is recommended to bring some personal bottles as you will only receive 1 bike bottle with your registration, and you will need more than 1 bottle between the stops. Vehicle support provided by MAVIC. There will be spare wheels and general mechanical support. Additional equipment recommended for the ride: o No less than 2 flat kits (Tube/CO2/Frame Pump/Tire Levers/Patch Kit) o Bike Multi Tool o 25-28mm Tire Width (Make sure to double check your Brake/Frame clearance) o Tires with added flat protection o Compact Gearing (For example: 50x34t front with 11-28t rear) Course will be open to traffic. Riders are expected to stop at any stop signs and always proceed with caution. There will be some course marshals and police at major intersections. Follow the arrows marked along the course.

The Road Race, Sunday March 13 th Race rules All USA Cycling rules for road races apply No littering of any kind will be tolerated. Riders may be disqualified on the spot. The only place where items may be discarded is in the designated feedzones. Centerline rule is in effect. On roads with no clear center line, stay to the right half of the road. Riders may NOT work with riders from other fields There will be a sweep vehicle(s) for riders who are left on the course after the officials have packed up the finish line. If you decide to drop out of the race and leave the race course, we are not responsible for you. Please have a plan should you decide to abandon the race. The officials will start packing up the finish line ~7 hours after the last group has started. If you decide to drop out of the race, you are responsible for reporting it to the officials or the race directors. If you are unsure if you can complete the course in this time frame, please consider riding in the Fondo. The average winning time is close to 5 hours. No team vehicles are allowed to travel with the races. Cutoff: A Cutoff of 6hr30min from the last rollout will be in effect. Assuming the last group is off on time at 8:50am, then you must be finished by 3:20pm. If you are still on the course after this time, you re responsible for knowing your way back. If you do finish the course on your own and do not get a time and would like a finishing time/place instead of DNF, please notify us after the race. Public exposure will not be tolerated. If you find yourself in a gastrointestinal emergency, please be out of sight from the road. There is a bathroom located at mile 69. Race info Registration & Packet Pickup Every racer is heavily encouraged to pick up their packet on Saturday during pickup times. There will be a USAC License check when you pick up your packet. Every rider is responsible that their license reflect the category they have entered. You will not be allowed to race if your license does not show that you are eligible for the category you ve entered. USAC License Cards, USAC Authorization to ride Print-outs, and the USAC Smartphone App are all acceptable. Feedzone / Feeding Neutral water in full-sized bike bottles will be available at each designated feedzone. Team or personal feeds must be provided in the designated feedzones only Riders are responsible for bringing their own food items for the race These feedzones will also be the same locations as the SAG stops for the Gran Fondo. Trash and water bottles may only be discarded within the feedzones. Littering will result in disqualification outside of the feedzones. Neutral Wheels & Mechanical Support The P12 Race will be provided neutral wheels and mechanical support by MAVIC All other races will be provided a neutral wheel truck. Cat 3, Cat 4, Women, & Masters will be provided a wheel moto in addition to wheel truck. Riders are encouraged to provide their own set of spare wheels that are tagged with their name. Pre & Post-Race wheel drop-off will be located at the staging area at Parker Park Number Placement Race numbers shall be placed on the Back Middle and Right Side. Blockhouse Prime There will be a $100 bill given to the first rider to the top of Blockhouse Hill at Mile 66 (Gravel 2) for P12, 3, 4, Masters, Women.

Post race party and award ceremony All participants of the Rouge Roubaix weekend are invited to the post-race party and award ceremony. Here there will be food & music of the southern variety. Tickets are required to get food. Awards will be given to the top finishers of each category.
