We are working with fixed week schedules so that there is a good preparation of the players during the week. The training sessions should assist the teams and the players in understanding the way of playing. Another strong point of this training process is that all exercises in our fixed week schedule lead to stability in our way of playing, player development and creating our Al Shabab Al Arabi style. This philosophy is creating a specific type of player. 4.1 Training sessions frequency We will work according to a step by step process to increase the number of training session for each department.
