Snails Pace Mileage Pins How do I get a mileage pin and mileage bars? Every Club related mile you log onto our MeetUp Spirits Points site: http://www.snailspacespirit.com brings you a step closer to receiving your ASP mileage pin. Club related means the weekly club fun runs posted on our MeetUp calendar, and the monthly Snail s Cup Series race. Other Club sponsored runs such as Fountain Valley s Ekiden Relay in May and Mission Viejo s Valentine Run in February also qualify as Club related. What mileage doesn t qualify towards mileage pin/bars? Mileage from your personal workouts away from the Club do not count toward ASP mileage pins/bars. Non-club races also do not count. How many miles do I have to run? Each month at the Club Meeting, the Social Chairperson hands out mileage pins to those who have logged in their first 100 miles on the Spirit Points site. Thereafter, each 500 miles logged in is rewarded with a 500 mile bar which can be attached below the pin. (If you don t log in your miles, you don t receive your pin/bars.) 9
