The event will be held from 07 to 10 March 2019 at the premises of the Atlantic Tennis League, Headquarters Paseo La Castellana, on hard courts and from 9am. As usual, the official will stay at the Howard Johnson Hotel Versalles Barranquilla and Atrium Plaza Hotel, 4-star hotel rooms for disabled people to ensure a comfortable stay. Int. Ernesto Cortissoz THE TOURNAMENT The Barranquilla Open - Cediul Cup is part of 2019 UNIQLO WHEELCHAIR TENNIS TOUR and is one of the two (2) Tournaments played in Colombia. It is organized by the Club Deportivo TENSILLAR in partnership with the Atlantic League Tennis and is supported by the ITF (International Tennis Federation), FEDESIR (Colombian Federation of Sports for People with Physical Limitations) and FCT (Colombian Federation of Tennis) institutions leading the tennis in the country and the world. Is classified as an ITF FUTURE and will play in the categories Main, Open Men at Knights, Ladies Main and Main Quads and Juniors. In all matches will be singles and doubles. Event will be part of national and foreign players who visit us from around the world. Remember that the ITF rules all players must be filled out your IPIN. If a player needs additional night will be at your account and will cost an extra $ 50 or 60 USD per night in double room and includes breakfast. If a player wants a single room, he or she will have to pay a different value on the value given by the tournament and pay directly to the Hotel. TRANSPORT Transportation will be given to players, coaches and guests arriving at the Barranquilla International Airport Cortissoz Ernesto on Tuesday 05 and Wednesday 06 March and leave on Sunday 10 and Monday 11 March between 8 am and 11 p.m. Those arriving outside these times will be the responsibility of each athlete. Please locate your flight number and arrival time on your Registration Form (Entry Form) to properly coordinate transport and avoid discomfort. We also will give players, assistants and coaches daily transportation from the hotel to the courts and vice versa, between Thursday 07 and Sunday 10 March. NOTE: The transportation outside this place will be pay by athletes. WELCOME FUNCTION Your registration includes a Welcome Dinner to be held in one of the halls of Versailles Barranquilla Howard Johnson Hotel on Wednesday 06 March. No additional cost to enrollees. Any other guest will be worth $ 45,000, oo pesos m / c ($ 15 USD) per person. CLOSING There will be held after completion of the matches in the different endings, a closure which will involve all subscribers without additional charge. Extra person will be worth $ 45,000 pesos ($ 15 USD) per person. Please advise if you are interested in this program. REFUNDS Players are registered and canceled its economic size can receive full refund if notice by February 17, 2019. No refunds after that date. All requests must be made in writing. Absence due to illness or trauma must be accompanied by medical certification. Refunds will be given two weeks after the event. GIFT PACK All players will receive a gift pack as part of their registration. Please indicate your shirt size on your registration form (Entry Form).
REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION Confirmation of acceptance will be informed via email on February 17, 2019. Each player is responsible for providing a valid e-mail account. FOOD STAMPS (VOUCHERS) All registered participants will receive food stamps (vouchers) for the respective meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Breakfast and dinner will be at the venue and lunch at the competition site (tennis courts). Players will also receive all the required hydration during matches of the event. GAME SCHEDULE The matches will begin on Thursday 07 and other days at 9 am Players will be notified beforehand. If needed, some games will be played at the alternative venue. PRICE MONEY The bag of money authorized at this time by the ITF is $ 5.000 USD and will be distributed among the categories Main, Singles and Doubles, Men, Women and Quads from table to deliver the ITF and depending on the number of registered players according to category. TOURNAMENT RULES 1. The matches will be played under the rules of the ITF. 2. All players must comply and obey the anti-dopping rules of the ITF. 3. All players must dress appropriately for the match. 4. All matches will be played at 3 sets unless the organizing committee determines. 5. Depending on the ranking, players will compete in singles and doubles in the same draw. 6. The organizing committee will, advised by the referee, reserve the right to arrange the division of the players if necessary. 7. The committee reserves the right to postpone or cancel any event. 8. It is the responsibility of each player to be present when the match starts. 9. Preheating is required, up to 5 minutes. 10. It allows a single trip to the bathroom and incase of accidental injury will be given 3 minutes. In case of failure of the will chair the player has 20 minutes to repair. 11. All players must report to the tournament desk immediately at the end of the game. The winner must return the ball and give the result. 12. All players must have health insurance and adequate travel
