Acknowledge that the Club cannot exercise supervision or control over the Junior member which remains the responsibility of the parents or guardians. 6. Acknowledge that water sports bear an element of risk and that neither the Club nor its Officers, members of Employees shall under any liability to the Junior member for any injury, damage or loss suffered during participation in such activities. Membership will be conditional on your application being approved by the Club s Committee which meets at the beginning of each month and the receipt of the correct fee. All new members will be expected to undergo an induction with the Commodore or Vice Commodore before receiving full details of the club access codes. Payment can be sent with the application if you so choose and will be refunded in full the highly unlikely event that your application is declined.
