Sponsorship terms & conditions Booking conditions: Acceptance of sponsorship contract will need to be approved by the ISEC. Due and payable must be received by the given due date or prior to the conference. Upon full payment and completed paperwork, company will then be listed in the respective marketing collateral. Conditions of payment: Payment must be made in SGD and all sponsorship items include a 10% GST. Cancellation policy: Cancellation of your sponsorship application should be submitted in a written notice specifying the reasons for cancellation. Cancellation received before 31st March 2016 will receive a refund minus 20% of handling fee. Cancellation after this date will not be refundable. Attendance: All attendees must officially register and ISEC make no warranty as to the number of delegates and/or visitors that may attend the conference. Liability: We are not responsible for any mistakes, nor for any delay or damage, including personal injury or death, howsoever, caused resulting from any reliance upon the information published in the brochure. In the event of unforeseen scenarios, ISEC reserve the right to change any or all of the given details. Unavoidable occurrences: In the event that ISEC is cancelled or delayed through no fault of conference management, venue manager or sponsors (including but not limited to fire, flood, labour disputes, acts of Gods, disputes or other similar events) then the Sponsor will not be entitled to any refund or claim for loss or damage. Provision of Delegates details: Before name and address details can be published in the list of congress delegates for distribution to fellow delegates or any other party, delegates must give consent.
