With the extension of BFT s service hours beginning in March 11th, Dial-A-Ride will also be able to provide rides for events such as the movie nights or dances. IMPORTANT SUMMER CAMP NEWS!! Our Partners N Pals summer camp will begin taking applications January 21st and will be taken no later than March 26th. New Intense Supervision Staffing Level Due to the increase in minimum wage, we will no longer offer one-on-one support. However, we will still offer personal care, behavior support, and locker room assistance for approved campers at a staffing ratio ranging from 1:2 and up to 1:4. New Requirements by Ben Franklin Transit We are now required to ensure ALL riders complete the Dial A Ride eligibility process in order to provide door-to-door service and utilize the vans during camp hours.
