National Pool needs to be paid for the resurfacing work. We are waiting for the new step rail to be installed in 2-3 weeks. Payment will occur when work is completed. C. Per Meredith, we are about $2,000 under budget year to date. D. Since we decided to get rid of the pool phone, we need to put a sign up on the front gate and where the phone was reminding folks that the phone is no longer there.
