Waders The best professional and safety waders, you find at Sioen. Applications Using a specially developed fabric made of a 100% Polyester knitted base coated with a layer of 700 gr/m 2 of PVC, we can guarantee the strength and the resistance of our seams. Superior high frequency welding technologies allow us to reduce the risk of leakage to a minimum. Every wader is individually tested in our tank for at least 2 hours. The hip waders have a very simple suspender with anticorrosion plastic D-ring for ad-justment while our chest waders have a system of quick release buckles. It gives a tight fit close to the body to prevent penetration of water. ALL WEATHER Manufacturing process No sewing machine is used in the process of manufacturing except at the top of the waders for the adjusters. All our waders are handmade. Each wader undergoes several quality checks and is water tested before being packed. We are equipped to manufacture custom designed waders with wellingtons supplied by our customers as long as the process allows us to use our custom made production machine.
