MAD ABOUT MODERN HOME TOUR INFORMATION The inaugural home tour was in 2009, with subsequent tours in 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016 and 2017. This year s tour will be held on our September 29 from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm. 8 Mid Century and Modern homes will be featured on the home tour. Over 1,500 paid attendees with an interest, love and passion for all things Mid Century and Modern. Over 4,500 followers on social and 10,000 email subscribers. The tour is complemented by the Mod Experience which are educational sessions and social events throughout the year that provide opportunities to engage with celebrated experts on architecture, design, renovation, landscaping and other lifestyle elements. Featuring a national speaker, the Mod Experience event and cocktail reception will be in the early Spring of 2019 with over 300 paid attendees.
