The shop only accepts hard copies of the order form. Items for full boarders will be added to end of term bills when requested by students' parents or Housemaster/mistress. All other students have to bring in cheques when purchasing any uniform items. Items can be exchanged with 7 days from purchase date if they do not fit. Please note that items used or washed will not be exchanged. Online hop - https://www.ufsonline.com.hk/ha/ Please Note: 1) Tailor-made orders of smaller or larger sizes can be requested. Extra 30% will be charged on the normal selling price of the nearest size. (The special order delivery will take around 1 month.) 2) If the length of pants needs altering for more than three inches, it can be amended upon request with a surcharge of 30% of the normal selling price. 3) Items purchased within 2 weeks can only be exchanged once with the original receipt and packing. Exchange will not be accepted on items in any way worn, washed, altered or damaged. 4) All items are not refundable. 5) If the item has been owned for over a year: HK$50 will be charged for any repair. 6) Telephone orders: All items will only be reserved for at most 2 days.
