Il Pineto is the Adventure Park in Marina di Pisa, located in a beautiful wood not far from the sea and the mouth of the Arno river. At Il Pineto you can experience in total safety eight exciting agility courses suspended in the trees. The courses are divided by difficulty level and are suitable for both children and adults. Eight Courses Through Your Emotions Hedgehog s Course Look at the forest from above, test your agility in overcoming steps and obstacles, get excited in the move from one tree to another while you are safely suspended at up to 10 meters above the ground! Ne New attraction! A new sensory and experiential course designed for children 2 to 5 years old. w! The Course has been built in a protected area in the Park. While going through the Course, the young participants experience interactive moments which activate, stimulate and engage all their senses. From the sounds of the woods to walking on the leaves, the children will enjoy their direct and safe contact with Nature. The Course is dedicated to 2-5 yo children. Woodpecker s Course 7 Stations (platforms), with wood stairs at the start. It begins with the rope bridge followed by the monkey bridge and the boardwalk axis. Immediately after, you go through a long net-tunnel and pass on the catwalk which is followed by the net-bridge and at the end the long cable-way. Perfect to get familiar with the Courses, having a lot of fun. To access, children shall reach a minimum height of 110 cm at their wrist, with the arm raised. Squirrel s Course Ne w! New Attraction! Are you ready to climb like a squirrel up on top of a 10 meter-high tree? Once you reach the top, will you feel ready to the next challenge: the exciting controlled free-fall, before returning to walk on the ground? Experience the new Squirrel Course and discover a bit more of yourself; test your physical capabilities and your own self-control! Access is allowed to adults and children above 8 years. Fun and adrenalin tailored on your expectations, always in total safety. Seagull s Course A speleological staircase leads to this Course consisting of 7 Stations (platforms). It starts with the trapezes, followed by the elephant logs, the short slots, the tightrope walkway, the rope bridge, the rope pitfalls and, finally, the cable-way. To access, children shall reach a minimum height of 140 cm at their wrist, with the arm raised. Educational Tips Safety during the agility Courses is con- stantly guaranteed by the personal steel lifeline which is always secured with at least a carabiner attached to the harness. Activities Access to Exploratory Activities and Orienteering The Adventure Park Il Pineto is the ideal place to practice outdoor recreational activities, organise learning moments, and consolidate emotional intelligence. Through differentiated programs and activitiesh, young students may challenge themselves and their ability to overcome their own perceived limitations while going through the agility courses suspended in the trees. With the support of the Experiential and Emotional Activities Activities for Schools, Groups and Summer Camps the eight agility Courses: one designed for 2-5 years old children, three designed for 4-8 y.o. children, plus four for boys and girls aged 8 and above, and for adults. The Courses for children have maximum height from the ground of 1.5 meters; the other Courses have variable heights ranging between 4 and 11 meters. The Orienteering sessions are organised by the Park specialists. Orienteering is a sport that takes place in the woods; the competition ground is nature and the goal is to reach given control points (called lanterns ) by reading the provided detailed ground maps and by making individual choices in terms of direction. Duration 4 hours, including the access to the Park. Groups of at least 15 people. One accompanying adult is requested every 5 children. Educational Tips Sport, overcoming own perceived limits, development of autonomy, self-esteem and decisionmaking ability; nature exploration, use of the maps. Tickets price vary based on the number of participants for each group. Educational Tips Sport, overcoming own perceived limits, development of autonomy, self-esteem and decision-making ability; nature exploration and knowledge of the Park s trees and plants.

Opening Hours 2017 March, April, May, September, October and November open during weekends. In May and September open on Friday afternoon too; please check in advance by phone. June 1 - September 10 everyday opening, from 10:00 am until sunset. Access to the Park ends 2 hours before sunset.
