P a g e 3 Section A Vessels Charges Notes to Vessel Charges: (a) Unless otherwise stated, Vessel Dues are payable per Gross Tonne (GT) for each period of 5 days or part during which the vessel is within port limits (b) Vessel Dues under sections I, II, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII and IX are payable in full for 1 charging period, thereafter a charge equating to 25% of the relevant charge per period will be payable (c) Unless otherwise stated, Berth Dues are payable per Gross Tonne (GT) for each period of 5 days or part during which the vessel is alongside Wharfs or Quays owned or operated by the Port of Cromarty Firth (d) Please contact owners or operators of 3 rd party Wharfs or Quays for their relevant facility charge (e) Charges specified under sections I-IX to be levied on vessels of 50GT and over entering the Port Limits (f) Charges are exclusive of V.A.T. P a g e 5 Section B Pilotage Charges I A charge calculated in accordance with the scale below is payable for the piloting of a vessel inwards or outwards the Pilotage District to or from either an anchorage, buoy or berth and for each piloted movement within the harbour. Pilotage rates apply for movements of up to 4 hours, beyond which, additional charges apply On the first 10,000 certified GT at Per gross tonne 0.15 On the next 10,000 certified GT at Per gross tonne 0.12 Between 20,000 and 50,000 GT at Per gross tonne 0.05 And thereafter at Per gross tonne No charge Additional hours thereafter Per hour 150.00 II Mobile offshore drilling units or similar - up to 4 Per movement 1,900.00 hours Additional hours thereafter Per hour 150.00 III Pilotage Exemption Charges A levy of 10% of the full pilotage charge (based on GT) for exemption holder pilotage acts will apply as a contribution to the maintenance of the pilotage service - should a licensed CFPA pilot be employed, full tariff will apply Cost of Pilotage Exemption Certificate (inclusive of examination fees) 500.00 Annual renewal cost thereafter 100.00 Temporary Pilotage exemption for limited areas in the Firth 200.00 maximum period 14 days IV Minimum Charge for the services of a pilot Per movement 250.00 V Cancellation Charge Pilot ordered then cancelled within one hour of ordered time 170.00 Notes on Pilotage Charges (a) Pilotage charge for moving vessels from berth to berth within the Port Limits will qualify for a 30% discount on the above rates where a pilot boat is not utilised - subject to minimum charge detailed in section IV (b) Where Pilots are over-carried outside the pilotage area or retained on board in unusual circumstances, a charge will be made for all expenses incurred (including salary) at cost + 10% (c) Where support vessels are used for towing and moving vessels or structures, full pilotage will apply to the primary vessel with a 70% charge being levied to all support vessels of trading.

All activities undertaken within PoCF jurisdiction or on land owned or operated by PoCF are provided under PoCF s General Conditions of Trading only. P a g e 7 Section C Ancillary Charges (cont d) IV Water Charges Water delivered from PoCF facilities per tonne 2.78 Equipment Charge incl meter, stand pipe & max 50M hose applies for deliveries of more than 5 tonnes per day 14.00 Labour charge - No charge to be levied where delivery is less than 5 tonnes and in addition delivery occurs between 0800 and 1700 hours Monday to Friday or if connection/disconnection is made by mooring gang - otherwise charges apply as per section C (III). This charge is not applicable to vessels less than 50GT for own vessel consumption during normal working hours Monday to Friday. Pump and hoses for lifting potable water to deck level cost + 10% V Fuel or Oil Deliveries available ex-pipeline at PoCF facilities Fuel Equipment Charge (Meter, hoses & Fittings) - only applicable for deliveries greater than 10 tonnes per day 140.00 Labour Charge - No charge to be levied where delivery is less than 10 tonnes and in addition delivery occurs between 0800 and 1700 hours Monday to Friday - otherwise as per section C (III). Labour cancellation charge applies as stated in section C (III) Fuel delivered by road tanker on PoCF property per tanker 89.60 per trailer 44.80 Fuel Bowsers Per day or part 6.70 VI Security Guards Provision of security guards minimum 6 hour per man per p.o.a. charge hour Security card replacement charge per card 10.60 of trading. All activities undertaken within PoCF jurisdiction or on land owned or operated by PoCF are provided under PoCF s General Conditions of Trading only. This will include the subsequent recovery of any foreign objects found on the seabed including disposal. All associated costs will be charged to the client Cost + 10% XII Other goods or services provided by PoCF Cost + 10% of trading.
