An approved cycle helmet must be worn no helmet = no ride. Signing on for the event closes at 9:10 am. The organiser reserves the right to charge for a day licence should a competitor be unable to produce a current British Cycling racing licence. Any complaints regarding this promotion should be made in writing to the organiser at the address given within 48 hours of the event taking place.
