The cost for renting a box are 600 + Vat, - for e whole weekend. 2.) Circuit The Adria raceway circuit is 2.657 km long. All races will be run anti-clockwise. A drawing of e circuit is enclosed. Also it is visible on e homepage of e Adria Raceway www.adriaraceway.com FIM Europe circuit license Nº 74 3.) Jurisdiction The meeting will be held in accordance wi e FIME/FMI Sporting Code, e FIME/AAMU and FMI Sporting Rules, and ese Supplementary Regulations. 4.) Categories and Classes Motorcycles of e following classes are eligible: - Solo: European Stock 250cc 4 Stroke AA 125 cc SP AA 125 cc GP + Moto3 AA Superstock600 (SStk 600) AA Supersport (SSP) + Moto2 AA Superstock1000 (SStk 1000) AA Superbike (SBK) AA Old timer (250, 500, over 500 ccm) AA Classic ( 500,750, Legend, Special open) 6.) Number of Riders allowed: - Solo: Practice 47 Races 38 7.) Entries, Entry Fee All applications for entries must be made readably and completely on e official forms. Applications must be approved by e rider s FMN and must reach e organiser not later an 1st May 2015 (closing date) The entry fee is for: entries not later an 1st May 2015 entries after 1st May 2015 FIM European Stock 250cc 4 stroke 200.- FIM European Stock 250cc 4 stroke Class 125Sp/125GP/Moto 3 180.- Class 125Sp/125GP/Moto 3 Class 125SP/125GP/Moto3 and one of e oer AA class 290.- Class SSst600/SSp/SStk1000 and SBK For two AA Classes Old timer, Classic 290.- Class 125SP/125GP/Moto3 and one of e oer AA class Class SSst600/SSp/SStk1000 and SBK 370.- For two AA Classes 150.- Old timer, Classic 250. 210, 330. 330. 410. 170. All ese fees include free practices on Friday, all national insurance and AA charges. The entry fee is not refundable. Cash payment is required, only EUR ( ) will be accepted. Exceptionally, an application may be accepted, until e end of e technical exination,
wi e previous written announcement and charged entry fee. Unexcused absence of a rider results automatically into a fine of 240.-, payable to e AAMU. The organizer concerned sends a list of unexcused absent riders to e FMN's whose rider(s) were absent. The FMN's inform eir riders, who are obliged to pay e ount directly to e bank account of e AAMU. 8.) Registrations, technical inspections No rider or machine is permitted onto e track unless he/it has passed e technical inspections at will be held according to e following schedule: - On 15 May (Friday) 01,00 pm to 07,00 pm - On 16 May (Saturday) 07,30 to - 01.00 pm - On 17 May (Sunday) 08.00 a.m. 01.00 pm - After at time e technical inspections will not be held. 9.) Practices It is strictly forbidden to ride racing motorcycles on e course outside e official practice periods. All laps will be timed. Each rider must have completed 2 timed laps in order to be admitted to e race. The maximum qualification time must be equal to e best time +20% (no application in e class 125SP and old timer/classic classes). The maximum qualifications time for e FIM European Stock 250cc 4 stroke class, must be at least equal to e best time plus 12% (112%). Exceptions to is rule may be made by e FIM EUROPE/AA event Jury. 10.) Races The races for all classes will be run according to e timetable (encl.). Time limit to complete e last lap is 5 minutes. Starting grid: 3.3.3 1 2 3 4..5..6 Ý 7..8 9 etc. Starting procedure at e races will be in accordance wi e FIM Europe RR 01.9.1. wi exception for Vintage classes, where e start after sighting lap will be faster. The races will be held in any weaer conditions. The organizer of e event may cancel e race only in e case of force major. 11.) Penalties The maximum speed in e pit lane is 60 km/h. The speed in e pit-lane will be supervised. Exceeding e speed limit will be penalized as follows: Every time 50,-. The penalty must be paid at latest 30 minutes before e start of resp. class; oerwise e rider will be excluded. For pit line - speeding during e start procedure and e race, e ride rough penalty will be inflicted. During e race in e case of jump-start an additional ride rough penalty will be inflicted upon e rider.
12.) Prizes The first ree riders in each class are required to attend e prize-giving ceremony at will be held on e podium immediately after e end of each race and receive a cup. 13.) Protests All protests must be made in accordance wi e requirements of e FIM Europe Disciplinary and Arbitration Code, e AA RR01.09 and be accompanied by a fee of 150,-. All deposits must be paid to e organizer. Protests on technical characteristics of e motorcycles have to be lodged wiin 30 minutes after e first driver has finished e race. 14.) Insurance By endorsing e application form for entry e FMN of e rider certifies at e rider is insured in accordance wi e FIM requirements. In comfort wi article 110.1 of e Sporting Code, ird party insurance in respect of riders covering accidents occurring during e meeting including practices will be responsibility of e organiser. This insurance includes a guarantee of 120.000,-. The organizer disclaims all responsibility for dage to motorcycle, its accessories and components out of an accident, fire or oer cases. 15.) Fuel If t h e fuel is supplied by e organizer at e fuel-station, at will be t h e specification RON 98. No special fuel is available. 17.) Results, Parc Fermé The provisional results will be published in e paddock (technical control building) immediately after ey are drawn up and not later an 20 minutes after e end of each race. Parc Fermé: The riders must leave eir motorcycles immediately after e race in e Parc Fermé. The officials in e Parc Fermé will inform e riders about e time when ey are allowed to take eir motorcycles. 18.) Renunciation of any Recourse against Sporting Auorities Apart from e requirements of e FIM Europe Sporting Code, riders by participating renounce all rights of appeal against e organizer, his representatives or agents by arbitration or before a tribunal or any oer manner not foreseen by e FIM Europe Sporting Code for any dages for which ey could be liable in consequence of all acts or omissions on e part of organizer, his officials, representatives or agents in e application of ese regulations or contributed to or arising out of eir actions. Modifications, additions and interpretations of ese Supplementary Regulations are under exclusive competence of e management of e race, and e Jury. Enclosures: - Drawing of e circuit
