Dear EDSO Members, Deaflympic Committee of Slovakia has the honor to invite you to participate in the 1st Youth and 8th European Deaf Badminton Championships, to be held in Trencin, Slovakia from the 21st of July till the 28th of July 2018. TRENČÍN The City of Trenčín, Slovakia is in the center of the Považie region. It is the administrative center of the Trenčín Regional Government Unit, which consists of 9 Districts.
Thanks to its advantageous location, Trenčín is an important commercial, economic, cultural and sport center. It is also known as the City of fashion. Numerous institutions and companies have their headquarters and branches located in Trenčín. Expositions and fairs also have a long lasting tradition in Trenčín. Current population estimates for Trenčín is 60,000. ACCREDITATION FEE The price for the Accreditation per person (athlete, official, physio ) is 50 and you have to pay on spot when collecting the ID cards. Accreditation started from Friday 20th July in Hotel Elizabeth from 10 00. MEALS DURING COMPETITIONS The organizer offers meals (only lunch) in the sport hall M-SPORT at the price of 8 /day/person (payment during accreditation). Breakfast and dinner are included in the price for accommodation for the guests in Hotel Elizabeth. Other participants are provided with breakfast and dinner separately, at their own expense.
