Open races and the Average are approved for WPRA permit card holders, Youth side-pots are approved for WPRA Juniors members. BBR: 2016 events will be approved by Better Barrel Races on a race by race basis. BBR members may earn regional points for year end awards and qualify for the BBR World Finals. NBR TOUR: National Barrel Racing Tour Memberhsip: $35 Annually WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ENTRY AND OR REVOKE ANY MEMBERSHIP. $35/Individual (Good Aug 1, 2015-Aug 1, 2016) Membership will allow rider to enter any NBR TOUR qualifying event between these dates.once a member you may enter qualifying events. Once you enter and compete in a qualifying event you will also earn Bonus Race Finals Qualifier ID# that can be used in the Open 5D Race at the Bonus Race at the World Finals (Lincoln, NE June 9-12, 2016 $50,000+ added money ) and the Regional Finals (Guthrie, OK July 31, 2016 $5,000 added money). FMI on Bonus Race Finals see www.bonusrace.finals.com. (This is separate from the NBR Tour Qualifier) The Bonus Race is a 5D format and the largest added money 5D in the world the qualifier to this event is an added perk to your NBR Tour membership! NBR Tour Qualifiers from host events will advance to the NBR Tour Finale held in conjunction with the Bonus Race Regionals July 31, 2016 at the Lazy E Arena Guthrie, OK. At the finale, qualified members will have a chance to compete for awards and HUGE payouts inculding from a one run finale with $100,000 guaranteed to the winner of this race! COMPETITION: A member may compete at an unlimited number of NBR Tour qualifying events throughout the year. Qualifiers to the NBR Tour Finale will be awarded at qualifying events based on the scale setup on page 2. Once a horse/rider combination is qualified for the NBR Tour Finale, the combination will not be able to earn another qualifier. A RIDER WILL BE ALLOWED A MAXIMUM OF THREE QUALIFIER ENTRIES TO ADVANCE TO THE FINALE. A HORSE MAY NOT RUN MORE THAN ONE TIME AT THE FINALE. They are welcome to enter and compete at additional events for NBR Tour Points and payoffs. A horse may qualify multiple riders, however the horse may only compete ONE TIME at the Finale. Entry fee at host qualifying events will be $300/NBR Tour and the contestant will be required to enter the HOST EVENT S OPEN RACE on the same day. Some events will be setup to roll your time FROM the NBR Tour Race TO the open, and others will be setup where you must run IN THE OPEN and the NBR Tour will be a sidepot. This will be noted on each qualifying event s entry form. NBR TOUR POINTS: will be awarded based on money won by horse/rider combinations. FIVE high-money saddles will awarded to the TOP FIVE horse/rider money earners for the 2015-2016 season. A horse/rider combination MUST compete in at least 3 different tour events to be eligible for the saddles. (In states that have more than two qualifying events (example Oklahoma and Texas) only the rider s top TWO placings from those states will count towards the NBR Tour Hi Point Standings. PAYOFF qualifying events will be paidout the Tuesday after the event. (a w9 form must accompany the membership for it to be valid so there is no dealy in issuing winnings). Payout will come from DOUBLE B PRODUCTIONS, LL. 25% of the entry fee will be paidout at the qualifier. IF a host qualifying event allows late entries (it is up to them) 50% of the late fee will also be added to this payoff (the remaining 50% to the producer of the host event). In the event late fees are allowed the fee shall be $50/entry. Please read entry forms carefully MOST events will NOT be taking late entries. Payout schedule for the host event (# places and added money schedule are posted below). All NBR Tour payoffs are straight payback no divisions. Entry fee for all events is $300/run. (25% paidout at host event, 15% admin, 60% to finale). Riders making the finale will not pay an entry fee for the finale but will be required to pay the Open 5D Bonus Race entry fee ($60) to carry their time to the $5,000 added open that day (July 31, 2016 Lazy E Arena Guthrie, OK). FUTURE FORTUNES: MONEY DISTRIBUTION

All nomination fees will become part of the bonus reward money purse and distributed pursuant to these rules. 80% of all nomination fees received will be held by Future Fortunes, Inc. for distribution as bonus reward money. 20% of all nomination fees shall be deducted when received as an office charge by Future Fortunes, Inc. for promotion and administering the program. Any interest earned on bonus reward money shall be retained by Future Fortunes, Inc. Foal nomination fees will be held and distributed as bonus reward money on the foal's 5-year old year. Stallion nomination fees will be distributed as bonus reward money the year of the stallion's enrollment. Bonus reward money will be distributed as follows: GENERAL RULES 70% to Owner of nominated foal 20% to Breeder 10% to Stallion Nominator Winners of bonus reward money will be posted on the Future Fortunes website. Owner distributions will be available approximately two weeks after the event producer gets full results to the Future Fortunes office. Breeder and Stallion distributions will be available at the end of the applicable year. It is the responsibility of the bonus reward money winner to provide Future Fortunes, Inc., with his current address and tax information before any distributions are made. Any bonus reward money not claimed by July 1 of the year after it was earned is forfeited by the winner and will be added to the following year s purse. Future Fortunes reserves the right to refuse any foal nomination. All disputes arising out of the application or interpretation of any rules or conditions of the FUTURE FORTUNES STALLION INCENTIVE Program shall be decided by FUTURE FORTUNES, Inc. FUTURE FORTUNES, Inc. reserves the right to alter the conditions of all or part of the Incentive fund program as it, in its sole discretion, FUTURE FORTUNES, Inc. may cancel the program at any time and refund money, excluding interest, if it deems participation is insufficient to justify the program. A current listing of all eligible foals that have supplied the Future Fortunes office with a copy of their registration papers will be on FUTURE FORTUNES, Inc. web site. For a FUTURE FORTUNES foal to be eligible for Bonus Money: On entry form, designate FF horse and use horse's registered name Supply copy of horse's registration papers from an accredited breed association showing the current owner with each entry Have current address and SS# on file with FF office A Future Fortunes sticker on a foal's registration papers does not guarantee that a foal is paid in full to the program. Please contact the Future Fortunes office for verification of payment. FUTURITY COMPETITION A rider can ride more than one FUTURE FORTUNES Foal in a futurity event. FUTURE FORTUNES bonus money will be paid on a sweepstakes format (beginning in 2008) to the rider's highest two (2) money earning Future Fortunes horses in each go and the average. Foal must be 5 years of age or under and never have competed in a barrel race prior to December 1st of the previous year.

At BFA World Championship World Futurity, 4 year old foals must run in World Championship Futurity and futurity eligible 5 year old foals must compete in the 2D Derby. (Note: Futurity entries must be paid by Sept 15 and Derby entries must be paid by Oct 15.) OPEN COMPETITION Any FUTURE FORTUNES horse can be eligible for FUTURE FORTUNES bonus money at open events, regardless of age. FUTURE FORTUNES bonus money will be paid on one run (Saturday competition) and will be paid on a 4D format based on the time of the fastest FUTURE FORTUNES eligible foal with ½ second splits between each division. To be eligible for Future Fortunes Bonus Money, refer to rule #4 under General Rules Contestants must provide the horse's registered name and a copy of the horse's papers, and must designate on the event's entry form that they are competing on a Future Fortunes horse. A rider can ride more than one FUTURE FORTUNES Foal in an open event. FUTURE FORTUNES bonus money will be paid to the rider's highest MONEY earning two (2) FUTURE FORTUNES foals. Payment Schedule-Weanlings only There are 3 ways to pay a weanling into FF Pay in full by Dec 1st of the weanling year for a one-time fee of $150 If you do not pay $150 by December 1st of the weanling year, you will pay a $50 Nomination fee by December 1st of the weanling year and then pay $150 by December 1st of the yearling year for a total of $200 to pay in full If you do not choose #1 or #2 from above, you will have chosen the payment plan. Pay a $50 Nomination fee by December 1st of the weanling year and then pay 5 more yearly $50 sustaining payments to pay in full for a total of $300. The sustaining payment schedule is listed below: $50-due by Dec 1st of yearling year $50-due by Dec 1st of 2-year-old year $50-due by Dec 1st of 3-year-old year $50 due by Jan 1st of 4-year-old year $50 due by Jan 1st of 5-year-old year $50 late fee must be paid before next scheduled payment. Any missed payments will result in being dropped from the program. No refunds. Foals turn another year older as of January 1st every year. Foals that have not been nominated into Future Fortunes as a weanling can still be paid into the program with the following one time enrollment fees by December 1st. Yearlings - $250 2 Year Olds - $1500 3 Year Olds - $2500 **Foals turn another year older as of January 1st every year. All foals, yearlings and older, out of newly enrolled 2015 Future Fortunes Stallions can be grandfathered into program for a one-time fee of $200 due no later than Dec 1, 2015. STALLION RULES Future Fortunes reserves the right to refuse any stallion nomination.

Future Fortunes is a limited Stallion incentive program. The program is currently full. Stallions are placed on a waiting list in the order in which they are received. At this time, the stallion waiting list is full and we are currently not taking any more stallions onto the waiting list. Stallions on the waiting list are not allowed to advertise in writing that they are on the list. If you continue to advertise after being notified, your stallion will be removed from the waiting list. Currently enrolled stallion owners that have been in the program for a minimum of 3 years with the same stallion, are allowed to sell their slot for no more than $2,000. Once they sell their slot, they give up all rights to that slot. If they sell their currently enrolled FF stallion, they can choose to retain their slot with the resulting stallion no longer being in FF. They also have the option to give their slot to the new stallion owner, giving up all rights to that slot. Currently enrolled stallions must be renominated annually to remain in the program. Deadline for stallion re-nomination is June 15. Nomination must include first payment. Final must be received no later than September 15. Failure to meet nomination and payment deadlines will result in forfeiture of nomination and any fees. Stallion nominator must be the registered owner of the stallion at time of nomination. All stallion prize money will be paid to the last recorded stallion nominator. All disputes arising out of the application or interpretation of any rules or conditions of the FUTURE FORTUNES STALLION INCENTIVE Program shall be decided by FUTURE FORTUNES, Inc. FUTURE FORTUNES, Inc. reserves the right to alter the conditions of all or part of the Incentive fund program as it, in its sole discretion, FUTURE FORTUNES, Inc. may cancel the program at any time and refund money for 5 year olds and under, excluding interest, if it deems participation is insufficient to justify the program. TRIPLE CROWN RULES: $$ DISTRIBUTION All money will be put into an escrow account. All foal nomination fees will be held in escrow until the year in which the foals are eligible for bonus money. An office charge of 20% will be deducted and remaining 80% will be used as bonus$$. FOAL RULES AND GUIDELINES FUTURITIES TRIPLE CROWN 100 reserves the right to refuse any foal nomination. Copy of registration papers must be received with enrollment fee. A list of all eligible foals will be listed on the TRIPLE CROWN web site. You may ride more than one foal in an event. Foal must be 4 or 5 and never competed. STALLION RULES AND GUIDELINES TRIPLE CROWN 100 reserves the right to refuse any stallion nomination. Stallion may be dropped at sole discretion of TC 100 for failure to comply with rules. ALL TRIPLE CROWN stallions must donate a breeding yearly to be sold at the TRIPLE CROWN STALLION AUCTION. (If breeding does not sell stallion owner must pay a $350 No Sell Fee.) All stallions must be renominated yearly to remain in the program at the current nomination fee. Stallions must be nominated by July 15. Stallions must be paid in full by October 1.

When the program becomes full, you may have your stallion put on the waiting list. Your stallion will receive waiting list # by mail. When a stallion drops out of the program the 1st stallion on the list will have 30 days to be nominated. If refused, will go to the next waiting stallion. If a stallion deceases the registered owner of the stallion may substitute another stallion (must be owned by the same owner). Must be substituted within 30 days of stallion s death. All stallions will be listed along with nominated foals on Triple Crown website. All photos must be submitted electronically for them to be placed on the Triple Crown website. Stallion must be nominated by the registered owner. ALL NOMINATIONS, PAPERS AND FEES MUST BE IN ORDER PRIOR TO 1st TRIPLE CROWN 100 Futurity in the year of which the foal will run (See nomination fee schedule for late nominations). TRIPLE CROWN 100 STALLION INCENTIVE program reserves the right to make changes in the program, at its sole discretion. In the event that the TRIPLE CROWN 100 STALLION INCENTIVE program is cancelled due to lack of participation. All money will be refunded, excluding interest earned. DRESS CODE RACE RULES: Official dress code applies. (long sleeved western shirt, western hat, boots, etc.). Please keep in mind we may need to use photos for promotion and we expect our members to represent the BBR, WPRA, BFA and the NBR Tour in a professional matter. FORMAT: All open 5D classes will be run and paid out as separate races each day. You can roll from all other classes to the open races scheduled on that same day. You have to be entered in the open 5D to enter the 5 yr old and under futurity side pot. There will be awards only for top 5 in the average on Saturday and Sunday runs combined on same rider/horse combo. Each rider/horse combo that is entered in both races will automatically be eligible for the average. However, the SH PRO SERIES SADDLE will be given by a random drawing to anyone entered or rolled over in the Saturday and Sunday races who have paid a $10 nomination fee. Friday races are not included in the Average. The 5 yr old side pot is 2D and paid in 1 second splits. The BFA futurity is 2d and paid off in 1 second split. The Derby is 1 go round and paid in 1/2 second split. Futurity classes is for horses age 4 or 5 that have never competed prior to Dec 1, 2015. Derby Side pot if for horses age7 and under unless horse competed as a 4 year old, then the cut off age is 6. PAYOUT: OPEN: 75% of entry fees and 100% of all added money will be paid out. Added money and money from entry fees shall be distributed between the divisions. The number of positions paid out in each division will be determined by the number of entries as follows: 75-100 pays 4 places, 101-125 pays 5 places. 126-150 pays 6, 151-175 pays 7, 176-200 pays 8, 201-225 pays 9, 226-250 pays 10, 251-275 pays 11, 276-300 pays 12, 301-375 pays 13, 376-450 pays 14, 451 and over pays 15 places each division. Ties will be split evenly. 5 yr old futurity : 80% of entry fees and 100% of any added money will be paid out in a 3D format. The number of positions paid out per division will be determined by the number of entries as follows: 1 placing per 5 entries. Ties will be split evenly.

ENTRIES & DRAW: Pre entries will be accepted if post-marked by the deadline March 15 th. Entries are now being accepted through rodeogo.com until March 24th. You can still enter through Rodeogo.com til march 30th but will be added to the late draw. You may enter day of up till draw number 50. Books will close immediately after number 50 is ran., no exceptions. Entries on site are cash only. Please do not mail entries after this time to ensure they are received. See each specific events detailed information for online entry closing dates and times. All online entries incur a credit card fee processing fee. THERE ARE NO LATE FEES. Phone entries will be accepted during designated office hours only and must be paid for by credit card and incur a 5% credit card fee. See specific events information for office hours. Rv reservations are taken through the Hardy Murphy Coliseum. The Pre entry draw will be published online the MARCH 25 TH before the show. For those entering at the show there will be a add ons draw posted at race same day as class you have entered. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTESTANT TO KNOW THEIR DRAW POSITION! Failure to be present for a competition run will result in a scratch after 3 gate calls. In the event of a missed run, contestant will have option to be added back into the race at the very end by paying a second entry fee. There will be a $50 charge on all returned checks and contestant will then be a cash only. Exhibitions will be available for $4 per run on a first come, first serve basis during the event ONLY. No pre entries will be accepted for exhibitions prior to this time. No call ins. You must have someone present to sign you up. Each person may enter themselves and one other person for exhibitions. Exhibitions will only be for the times we have aloud and will end on time. Any exhibitions going over 60 seconds will incur a $10 dollar fine payable before the race starts. DRAW OUTS: DRAW OUT FORMS MAY BE SUBMITTED UP UNTIL 1 HOUR PRIOR TO EACH RACE YOU ARE COMPETING IN. Absolutely no refunds will be given after this time. 75% refunds will be granted up until this time with a vet release, doctors release, or visible illness or injury ONLY. 90% refunds will be granted for any reason prior to the online entries closing. In order to receive a refund, contestants must submit an official draw out form by the designated deadline. Draw out forms received after this time will not constitute a refund. It is the sole responsibility of the contestant to ensure that the release is physically received by show management before the deadline in order to receive a refund. Horse and/or Rider: changes will be accepted for any reason prior to the first competition run of the class you are entered in. after this time, any changes will require a $10 fee per change horse or rider. All changes must submitted on an official Horse or Rider change form prior to contestants competition run. Forms are available on site at show in the entry office. Failure to complete change forms prior to competing will result in disqualification. COMPETITION RULES: DRESS CODE: Long sleeve shirt required (no collar required), boots, and cowboy hat or helmet to be worn during all competition runs at the Jackson Hall Memorial event. Failure to be in dress code when entering the arena will result in disqualification. There will be a $10 hat fine for any contestant that loses their hat from any point after they enter the alley way until they have exited the alley way. Hat fine will be paid to barrel setter or any other event personnel that picks up the hat. TIMER MALFUNCTION: One set of electric eyes will be in use. In the event the primary timer fails to work. In the event that the timers fails, a rerun will be awarded immediately, at the end of the next group of 50 with a fresh drag, or at the end of the event with a fresh drag at the contestants discretion. The rider must declare if he/she will accept a re-run before the next horse runs.

The announcer will not indicate any malfunctions during a run. Any re-runs will carry over all penalties accumulated during the first run. The re-run will not accumulate any additional penalties other than those earned during the first run. If the contestant chooses not to re-run, he/she will receive a no time. PHOTOGRAPHER: A photo will be taken of every horse (flash used). Contestants may not ask photographer to hold flash for any individual. Photos are property of photographer and cannot be used without written permission. ALLEY WAY: There will be no circling beyond the mouth of the alley-way or a not time will be assessed. COMPETITION: No circling of barrels or training during competition runs. If the pattern is broken, rider may complete the pattern from the point of the break in a timely fashion or exit the arena immediately. Failure to do so will result in a $25 fine payable before the contestants next competition run. No re-runs will be given if a horse falls, is pulled up by the rider or in the event of a riders equipment malfunction. No money will be paid out on runs acquiring a penalty for hit barrels. Contestants entering more than one horse will be disqualified for running horses in the incorrect draw order. The average will be paid off by the horse. Each horse must be ran in the correct position. There will be a $50 fine for any contestant who runs out of turn. Fee must be paid before the contestant can make next competition run. Inhumane treatment of any animal during the Jackson Hall Memorial Barrel Race will not be tolerated. Anyone who excessively whips or strikes a horses ears or face with anything other than the hand, either in the arena or on the facility grounds will be fines $100. Any individual who has been warned for such behavior and persists or refutes the warning shall be fined an additional $100. Any rider caught using electronic device on a horse during a competition will automatically be disqualified and shall forfeit all winnings. FINES & DISQUALIFICATIONS: All fines are to be paid in CASH ONLY in the show office. Contestants with outstanding fines will not be allowed to compete until fines have been paid. Any act deemed prejudicial to the best interests of the Jackson Hall Memorial Barrel Race may result in the disqualification of the contestant, with no refund or entry fees. The contestant may also be prohibited from attending the next Jackson Hall Memorial Barrel Race for any length of time. These acts may include but are not limited to the following: Using abusive or intemperate language or attempting to threaten, bribe, influence, or harass any contestant, spectator, staff member or arena personnel. Moving or attempting to move markers at any time. Use of electronic and/or remotely controlled devices to alter the outcome of a run. Abuse or neglect of a horse or dog as defined within these rules. Competing while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Misidentifying a horse in any race/class. Misidentifying a rider in any race/class. Failure to make good on a returned check and related returned check fees.

AWARDS: Contestants are required to be present to receive awards! If contestant has left the premises before collecting awards he/she may either designate a person to pick up the awards for them. NO AWARDS WILL BE SHIPPED IF NOT PICKED UP AT SHOW! In the event of a tie for average awards, the tie will be broken by the first race times. The contestant who ran the fastest time in the first race of their class will receive the awards. Any questions or disputes which may arise during the course of the Jackson Hall Memorial event not covered by the above rules will be decided and settled by Jackson Hall Memorial management and all decisions will be final.
