BUILDING COMMITTEE (Chair- Steve Hagman) a) Bruce from city will be contacted so we can take over the building again. b) Tues Sept. 13 th remaining glass will be installed c) Sept. 18 th (or sooner) the compressors will be checked. d) Start up to ice is about 3 week project, but could be quicker with more help. e) 10 new lights were bought. 4. FINANCIAL COMMITTEE (Chair- Steve Hagman) a) Floor loan is down to about $268,300 (paid $31,700 in principle) b) $4960 in various donations thus far for floor. Motion to accept August report by Jason Lindell Second by: Minnow---Motion APPROVED 5. GIRLS HOCKEY COMMITTEE (Chair Todd Tretter) a) 3 teams (may fluctuate), may have U10s move up. May evaluate U12s. 6. HOCKEY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE (ACE- Paul Rheinschmidt) a) Email of fall clinic has been sent out. Mite/Squ and PW/Bant. have 10.5 hrs of ice b) Meeting to be held Sunday, Sept. 11 th for HDC clinics and schedules. c) Goalie clinic to be held on Oct. 22 nd. d) Squirt tryouts are November 1 and 3. 7. Public Affairs (Chair- Tom Fitzgerald) a) Amy Stepan created and sent out a fall Newsletter and also sent out numerous group emails reminding association of registration and other important dates. b) Amy also updated the LTS handout and distributed to Pre-K and K classes in area. Thanks Amy!

8. Fundraising Committee (Chair Kathy Buenning) a) Big Archery Shoot this Sunday the 10 th! Most everything is lined up with the exception of some drinks. b) Committee did not meet in August, but we reviewed the idea of making cookbooks. Recipe response will be investigated during registration. 9. RULES COMMITTEE (Chair Jim Rogers) - a) No report 10. SCHEDULING COMMITTEE (Chair- Steve Hagman) - a) Team Wis. Girls want an Oct 16 date. b) Kathy is working on team schedules c) Steve H. talked with Silverblades about new contract and est. $12,300 for the year based on $85/hr ice fee. He recalculated $8700 based on last years contract of $6500. They usually buy additional ice times as well for around $3000. Additional hours will be $85/hr unless a.m. hours.
