Note: Administrator met with Game & fish to discuss and was told that the fish stocked each year is fine. Just create more habitat for the young fish & if the community wants Carp removed...hold carp tournaments. Docks Repairs & Improvements SUGGESTIONS: Dock anchors re-aligned and cable stays from docks restored to hold docks perpendicular to 1 shore line. (fishing dock the worst) 2 CompletedReplace wheels system on fishing dock with system like the main dock and install axels and wheels on the rental dock. 3 Completed Institute pest control measure to reduce/eradicate spider population on docks, especially the rental dock. 4 See Note Restore shore line dawn/dusk lighting at poles. 5 Signage repainted and lettered. 6 Change out leaning slow marker bouy. 7 Security cameras for area surveillance. Take power to and make use of the light and camera on the light pole west of rental dock 8 Completed Install ramp to rental dock sidewalk from the parking level 9 See Note Fish population plan to control unwanted fish and improve sport fishing varieties. 10 Replace the boat ramp 11 Fish Cleaning Station Near the Docks #4 will be completed once the new electric line is run under the culvert. Carr Circle Repairs & Improvements 1 net replaced Replace basketball hoop on west backboard and nets on each 2 Volunteers Clear the lot on the east of rocks and weeds. Install drought tolerant turf grass area for Needed play and/or sport with limited irrigation. (Water service required?) 3 Volunteers Needed Cut weeds and institute program for weed control. 4 Create a parking area for those not within walking distance to park. 5 Install suitable material (sand?) around play equipment, swings, and hop scotch pads 6 Restore volleyball court to usable condition (sand & net?) 7 Install Ramada's, picnic tables, and propane/charcoal grills for family gatherings 8 APS to run lighting for basketball court 9 New commercial playground structure 10 trash containers 11 Speed limit should be posted - 15 miles per hour 12 there should be a one-way sign 13 Put benches at Carr Circle near the basketball court 14
