Topics include basic botany, study of decomposers and compost, engineering tools that improve plant growth, and how to nurture sprouts and seedlings. Players strengthen their off hand, develop their passing ability and court vision, and learn the mental aspects that they need to lead their team. They ll learn how to improve handling the ball under pressure, during traps, and double teams. They ll also come away knowing how to create more assists and lower their team s turnovers as they learn the types of passes to throw under various conditions. Must have AAU or Select experience or advanced skill based on age to qualify. -Pavilion Aug 19 23 1:45 4:15 p.m. $160/M, $185/NMCM, $210/NM VARSITY HOOPS SHOOTING (AGES 10 15) Everyone wants to score points for their team, but they often don t know how to practice shooting correctly or what drills to focus on. This camp equips players with a practice routine guaranteed to help them find success at scoring and becoming an offensive threat. Players will fine-tune their technique with concentrated repetition and simulated game conditions, practicing shots from game spots at game speed. The Shoot-A-Way machine and other top level training tools are used to maximize results. After registration deadline, fee is an additional $10 for 1 2 day camps and $30 for 3 5 day camps. Enrollment changes must be made at least 1 week in advance of the camp start date in order to receive a refund. Minimum of 4 participants must be enrolled for camp to be held.
