1. General The (ARP), member of the Swiss Ice Skating Federation, is organizing the 10 th Trophée Romand, an international Figure Skating Competition with the following events: Minis, Espoirs, Advanced Novice, Junior, Mixed Age and Senior in Single Skating. This competition will be conducted in accordance with: the ISU Constitution and General Regulations 2018, the ISU Special Regulations and Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating and Ice Dance 2018 the ISU Communications N 2186, 2176 the relevant ISU Communication for Novices Competition N 2172 the Swiss Ice Skating communication General required elements for the Swiss championships 2018/2019. All ISU members and clubs who are members of National Figure Skating Federations associated to the ISU are invited to take part in the competition. (+/- 10 sec) ISU Junior 1 bonus point for one triple jump, neither + 1 second bonus point for one additional, though Mixed Age Ladies born before 01.07.2003 Men born before 01.07.2002 3 min. 30 sec. (+/- 10 sec) Applicable rules: ISU Junior 1 bonus point for one triple jump, neither + 1 second bonus point for one additional, though Advanced Novice / Nachwuchs / Cadets Girls born between 01.07.2004 and 30.06.2008 (U14) Girls born between 01.07.2003 and 30.06.2004 (U15) Boys born between 01.07.2002 and 30.06.2008 2 min. 20 sec. Espoirs / Jugend Girls born between 01.07.2005 and 30.06.2006 Boys born after 30.06.2004 2 min. 20 sec. (+/- 10 sec) downgraded. A second 2A is not subject to the 1- bonus-point rule. Any further triple jump, i.e. same or different is not subject to the 1-bonus-point rule. Minimes / Minis Girls born after 30.06.2006 2 min. 20 sec. (+/--- 10 sec) downgraded. A second 2A is not subject to the 1- bonus-point rule. Any further triple jump, i.e. same or different is not subject to the 1-bonus-point rule. 3. Entries All ISU members and clubs which are members of National Figure Skating Federations associated to the ISU are invited to take part in this competition. In case of too many entries, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to limit the number of participants. Entries must be done with the attached Entry Form. 4. Deadline for entries Your registration must include for each competitor last and first name, date of birth, club and country of affiliation, and competition category. 5. Entry fees Each competitor is requested to pay a 70 Euros entry fee until September 30, 2018. Expenses Travel expenses, accommodation and meals are at the charge of the participants. 7. Liability In accordance with ISU General Regulations 2018, Rule 119, the organisers may not be held responsible for eventual accidents or other damages to participants, officials or third parties. 8. Music Music will be reproduced from a CD-player. CD s must be submitted at the time of registration. Each program (short program, free skating) must be recorded on a separate CD. In addition, competitors must have a backup CD ready for each program. 9. Calculation of results The scoring system (ISU Judging System) as described in ISU Special Regulations and Technical Rules Single & Pair Skating and Ice Dance 2018, Rule 352, will be in place in all categories. 10. Awards The three best competitors of each event will be awarded with cups. All other competitors will receive a gift. 11. Draws The opening draw will be done automatically by computer. The timetable will be available on http://www.patinageromand.ch/home.php one week before the competition.
