ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Arc Washer Cap Nut Carriage Bolts (M x 0) Step To align hole site of Foot tube () with Main Frame (), use Carriage Screw (), Arc Washer (), and Cap Nut () then connect and tighten Cap Nut (). Note: The tube with the transporting wheels is the front foot tube, which should be assembled under the flywheel. Flat Washer () to connect. Back side that use M* Semi-Round Head Screw (9), Ø. Arc Washer (0) to connect. And tighten all Semi-Round Head Screw (9). Finally, connect wire between monitor & frame. Step Position the Pedal ( and ) and Crank of Main Frame () correctly, then tighten. IMPORTANT: Attach the pedals to the corresponding sides correctly. Screw the right pedal clockwise, and the left pedal counter-clockwise with hands first and tighten up with a wrench. Make sure the straps are tightly secured on the pedals before using for the first time. 9

HOW TO CHANGE BIKE POSITIONS The bike can be adjusted to cycling positions or folded up to half its size for storage. UPRIGHT CYCLING OR RECUMBENT CYCLING POSITION. Stand on the side of the bike where the safety knob is located.. Gently pull the knob and let the rear and front frames open all the way for recumbent cycling position or just half-way for the upright cycling position. Take note of the corresponding holes for the different bike positions.. Align the knob to the corresponding hole where the screw will automatically lock into place..
