SPORT PROGRAM GOALS The goal of Crossroads YMCA Youth Sports is to provide a positive, fun experience for all. Y Sports helps build self-esteem through accomplishments and new friendships, develops skills through practice and game play. We instill the YMCA core values of caring, honesty, respect & responsibility. Crossroads Youth Sports rules are as follows: have fun, make friends, & be a good sport! All of the programs are progressive, building upon basic skills and progressing at the pace and comfort of the youth.
