Shavings will be provided for a fee of $ 10.00 per horse, however, stalls will not be bedded for you so bring wheelbarrow and pick. Overnight Parking will be charged a flat fee with hook up in designated area, or without hook up in designated area. Parking passes purchased by entry due date will be $ 135.00 flat fee with hookup, or $ 75.00 without hookup. Tents with RV s but not plugged in are free. Stand alone tents are $ 75.00 flat fee. DO NOT park cars/trucks in electrical hook up designated areas. Vehicles blocking access to electrical hook up will be charged RV rates per day.trailer and car parking also in designated areas only. Grounds will be open at noon on Thursday, not before unless you have prior consent from the show manager! All Canadian show competitors MUST be a SILVER member of Equestrian Canada and the Horse Council of B.C.to ensure we don t jeopardize the AAHABC insurance policy. Associate memberships for EC are no longer valid. USEF is no longer valid for Canadian competitors. Anyone with a lesser membership than silver will have to pay a single event fee of $ 40.00. MEMBERSHIP CARDS MUST BE SHOWN!!! No competitor will be allowed to show without one of the above cards or a paid Temporary EC membership. No pending memberships! Exhibitors are NO LONGER EXEMPT from Equestrian Canada membership when exhibiting in halter classes only. All exhibitors must have AHA membership cards or pay a Single Event Fee of $ 65.00. All owners, handlers, riders and drivers must have a valid membership card or pay a single event membership fee! You must have either one of these. No affadavits! Photocopies of all cards and horses registration papers must accompany entries. PROOF OF OWNERSHIP IS REQUIRED; both sides of the papers are needed if the owners name does not appear on the front. A copy of the Canadian registration papers is required to be kept by the show secretary, to be submitted to AHA. Attention: US Exhibitors. Entry fees may be paid in US funds. Please note: All incomplete entries will be assessed a $ 10.00 incomplete fee! It is the responsibility of the exhibitor that all information on entry forms is complete!
