If parked in Lot 3, you must stage at Speedway Gate 70 at Lot 6 before 10:00 am Tue., Jan. 22 for 11:00 am load-in start. Transporter staging is at Speedway Gate 70 off Midway Blvd. Gate 70 Lot 6 is open from 8:00 am on Mon., Jan. 21 through the overnight hours of Tue, Jan. 22 until the completion of Load-in. Drivers must be at truck and monitoring CB channel 40, no later than 30 minutes prior to Load-In start. IWSC transporters paddocked in the Yellow Garages. After primary transporters are parked, additional transporters will be led to the IMSA designated area to park for the entire weekend. Other trailers needing to unload and move out will be led to pit lane by DIS Security. All additional transporters or trailers are also permitted to open at 1:00 pm. Transporters on pit lane must be closed and ready to depart prior to 3:00 pm. At 3:00 pm, transporters on pit lane are led by DIS Security to parking outside the track along the back straight. Access to this area during the Event is through the Speedway Turn 1 tunnel and service road. 4 01/16/19

Load-Out: Transporters must not move or depart garages between 10:30 am and 4:00 pm on Sun., Jan. 27. All transporters must vacate the paddock by Mon., Jan. 28 at 12:00 pm. 22.3.2 - Headlights/Taillights: Headlights and taillights required during periods of darkness. 37 - Refueling: Use of the autonomous fuel rig for live refueling outside of Warm Up and the Race is permitted only during the scheduled Refueling Test, Night Practice Session and Practice #4. Proper attire is required of all crew over the wall regardless of active refueling. Att. 5 - Rolex 24 Event Patch: Optional on IWSC uniforms, available from the Administrator at WeatherTech Transporter (30 per Car). If parked in Lot 3, you must stage at Speedway Gate 70 at Lot 6 before 7:00 am Wed., Jan. 23 for 8:00 am load-in start. Transporter staging is at Speedway Gate 70 off Midway Blvd. Gate 70 Lot 6 is open from 8:00 am on Mon., Jan. 21 through the overnight hours of Wed. Jan. 23 until the completion of Load-in. Drivers must be at truck and monitoring CB channel 40, no later than 30 minutes prior to Load-In start. Transporters must not move or depart garage between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm on Fri., Jan. 25. All IMPC transporters must vacate the paddock no later than 9:00 pm on Fri., Jan. 25. Transporters may park until the conclusion of the Event in Lot 10 at the direction of DIS Security. Pit Vehicles: Pit vehicles must be operated by a licensed driver 16 years or more in age. Motorscooters of one, two or three-wheels and/or designed to transport one or two persons are prohibited in the garage, pit and Paddock areas. Motorcycles, drones, bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades and other non-motorized transportation prohibited on Daytona International Speedway property. 10 MPH speed limit for all vehicles in garage, Paddock and pit areas. Vehicle traffic between the pit enclosures and the fence is one-way, please follow arrows. 12. False Grid: IWSC Teams are permitted three (3) and IMPC Teams permitted two (2), 3-or-more wheeled support vehicles (such as golf carts) in the garage area per entry. IWSC Teams are permitted one (1) additional such support vehicle and only this one (1) vehicle is permitted in pit lane during the Rolex 24. Access stickers issued by IMSA and available from the administrator in the respective Series tech trailer. International Speedway Corporation (ISC) Annual and Single-Event Golf Cart Permits: Motorized support vehicles operated outside of the garage, pits and Paddock areas must have either a Single-Event or Annual permit. ISC Golf Cart Permits do not permit access to the garage, pits and Paddock areas. WeatherTech Championship: Cars may move between paddock and pit lane and return at any time but must respect the traffic flow pattern. Traffic enters pit lane from the exit of the Yellow Garages at Pit-In. Cars must exit either through Gate 132 or 135 or, at the end of a session under direction of Race Control, may be turned around and driven counter-course to the garages. Cars exiting at Gate 135 must return directly to the Yellow garages on the pit lane access road and must respect the 10 MPH speed limit. Cars may also return to the garage area directly from the track during a session under supervision of an IMSA Official. Michelin Challenge: Cars may line up at the Chute to pit lane between the Blue Garages (Gate 135) prior to each Session and may re-enter during a Session in progress. All Cars must exit pit lane at Gate 135 and may do so during a Session. At the end of a Session under direction of Race Control, Cars in pits from Gate 135 to Pit-Out may be turned around and driven countercourse to the Blue Garages. Cars paddocked in Yellow Garages must enter and exit pit lane through Blue Garages. 13. Pit Lane Equipment: Arena Americas is the only vendor approved by Daytona International Speedway to erect tents on site for IWSC. Contact Alix Peña, apena@arenaamericas.com or 407-297-1165. ROAR order deadline: Wed., Dec. 19. 24H order deadline: Wed., Dec. 10. The following procedures must be adhered to on pit lane and within the pit lane area: The paved area from the yellow line on the concrete pit floor back to the chain link fence must remain a clear fire lane at all times. Body panels must not be placed against or attached to fence. All such items must be kept inside pit enclosure. Heaters of any type prohibited. The fire marshal requires a doorway in the rear tent wall of a minimum four (4) feet wide that must remain open at all times. This doorway shall meet the requirements for this Event per Article 3.16.4.A of the IMSA IWSC Sporting Regulations. Hard panels inside the tent structure are prohibited. Teams may erect sidewalls between individual pits but hard panels and flooring are prohibited. 14. Spotter Information: Spotter and designated parking passes required and are mailed to each Team. Limited spotter parking, one (1) per entered Car, recommend carts. Spotters must use only the designated area in the tower pressroom or the spotting deck on the Race Control tower roof. Respect the improvements. Tape or markings to save space are prohibited. Spotters are responsible for their own arrangements and are requested to respect the media operating in the tower pressroom. Map/instructions below. 15. Signaling Area: Signaling must only be done from the prescribed signaling area on driver s left just past the exit of Turn 3 (east infield horseshoe). Gate at grandstand. Portable generators are permitted in this area. 16. After-Hours Work: For after-hours garage work in the case of force majeure, please contact the respective IMSA Series Manager. 17. Facility Restrictions: Dumping or hoses into any storm drains prohibited. Unauthorized hookup to electrical or water prohibited. Tire prep areas outside of the garage/paddock area are prohibited. Placing materials, banners or covering garage windows prohibited. Hard panels are only permitted parallel to and against the rear wall of the garage. Creating space between the panels and the wall is prohibited. Food and beverage services may only be provided for active Team participants (Drivers and crew). Violators subject to ejection and prosecution by local authorities. Banners, tarps, or any other vision-blocking material must not be hung from or attached to any chain link fencing. Electrical junction boxes, storm drains, lift station covers or any other facility infrastructure must not be blocked in any way from immediate access. Open flame prohibited in any area with limited access for fire prevention and response. Team name and the event logo ONLY on any additional signage (banners, pit wall, etc.). DIS must approve all artwork specific to signage as well as placement if outside the garages or pit wall. Merchandise or premium items with the event logo is NOT permitted without written DIS approval. All signage must be removed before leaving; teams are responsible for any damages from signage removal. Parking Procedure: Each IWSC and IMPC entry receives, via mail, one (1) infield parking pass for the Triangle Lot (adjacent to the Yellow Garage and Green RV lot). Additionally, IMSA annual parking passes are accepted for the West end of Lot 6 off Midway Blvd. at Speedway backstraight (Lot 4 closed to parking). Parking pass enforcement and Tram service from Lot 6 to the DIS Infield Tram Plaza begins Thu., Jan. 24 from 6:00 am - 10:30 pm, Fri. 6:00 am - 9:30 pm and Sat. 5:30 am - Sun. 5:00 pm (Teams may take the last tram and bring cars back to the infield for later transport). Allow 15 minutes for Tram route. See map. Triangle Lot parking on Tue., Jan. 22 and Wed., Jan. 23 is available without a parking pass. 19. Transporter Stay-over: Between ROAR and Rolex 24 Daytona International Speedway will accommodate Team/supplier/Manufacturer transporters between Events. A liability release (Hold Harmless Form) must be executed and transporters must park as directed by DIS Security in Lot 6. Traffic Restrictions: Bill France Blvd. will be closed to inbound traffic Tue., Jan. 22, requiring all infield traffic to use the Midway-Richard Petty entrance for the remainder of the Event. Beginning at 8:00 am Sat., Jan. 26, the Turn 4 Tunnel will be one-way IN for vehicles. This pattern remains in effect until Sun. morning (est. 11am). 21.
