Presidents Corner On Saturday, April 14th, we will be having another of our Bi Monthly Dinners. It will be at the Malta Diner this month. Come out and enjoy a nice meal with the club members and get ready for the upcoming club events. We always have a good turnout for these events and usually some very good conversations. Directions to Malta Diner: From the North: Head south on the Northway 87, take Exit 12 and head East on Route 67. You will go straight through 2 rotaries before reaching the diner. We are located just past McDonalds and Key Bank, at the intersection of Routes 9 and 67. From the South: Head north on Northway 87, take Exit 12 and merge onto Route 67. Stay in the right lane, you will go through one rotary before you reach the diner. Car show reports: Adirondack Shelby-Mustang Regional Club Minutes from March 1st, 2018 Meeting ASMC Secretary, Bob Jones Jack Byrne show is scheduled for Sunday May 20 th. Metro Ford show is Saturday August 25 th. There is still no chairperson to head up this event. Walt reminded the members that the Harbor House cruises start on Thursday May 3 rd and go through September 27 th. Meeting held at Halfmoon Town Hall Meeting called to order By President Walt Dugan at 7:04pm. Old Business Notice reminder for our July meeting that falls on July 4 th. We changed the meeting to Wednesday July 11 th at Pirates Hideout. February minutes were briefly talked about. The Minutes as published were agreed upon by a motion to accept by Phil Benner and seconded by Jerry Deitz. New Business Club mail was passed around by Walt. Walt discussed any e-mails he received. Steve Freed distributed the Treasurer s report from February 2018. The beginning balance for February was $1,472.50 and the ending balance is $1,414.50. Al Del Signore made a motion to accept the treasurer s report and the motion was seconded by Phil Benner. There will be further information on doing the mass mailing when the list is ready. We will get together in April to prepare the mailers. MCA Report: by MCA Rep. Ted Sweet Ted had nothing to report from MCA. Walt Said the monthly Thursday dinner is on March 8 th and 22 nd. Walt reminded all members who have not paid their dues must pay by the end of March or they will stop receiving their newsletter in April. Walt mentioned in care of Jim Crall that trailer and newsletter letters for ads were sent out to the donors. Walt reminded the members that the first by-monthly dinner is on March 10 th at the Route 7 Diner at 4:30 pm. Closing Announcements & 50/50 Raffle Walt asked if there were any other questions from the floor. There were no questions or comments. Walt said give your soda can pop tops to John Watters or him as you collect them. See Steve for car wash tickets. Standard is the $50 level, which includes Mustang Times in the mail and online, Digital is $35, without a printed magazine mailed out and Associate is $25, without any access to Mustang Times and you can t seek MCA office (Regional Director or National Director) at that level.
