PWR The competition will count towards pwr (not Olympic ranking) if fulfilling the criteria according to UIPM Competition Rules and Regulations R 1.19.2 ENTRY FORMS Please submit your Entry Forms respecting the deadlines, we will take in consideration the limited invitation we can offer for 30 Women and 30 Men in direct final. NF s can enter maximum 2 boys and 2 girls. The inscription will be on first come first serve basis. The federation will confirm you if your athletes are accepted or if they are in the reserved list. After a maximum number of 30 athletes, if you wish to participate without riding, it will be possible until a maximum of 36 by gender. Deadlines for the Entry Forms are as follows: FORM A by 01 February 2019 FORM B by 17 February 2019 FORM C (final) by 01 March 2019 ATHLETES LICENCES Athletes are only allowed to participate if they are in possession of a valid UIPM issued Athletes License. Athletes must be registered to the UIPM before the competition to be entered. Entry Forms will not be accepted if any athlete is missing his/her License Number. Please contact UIPM Headquarters immediately if your athlete is missing his/her License. If an athlete does not have a license and has not requested a license from UIPM he will not be allowed to take part in the competition. Riding Ability Athletes are only allowed to participate in UIPM sanctioned events if they are in possession of a valid Athletes License. Registration is not possible without a License Number. If an athlete does not have a license, they will not be allowed to take part in the competition. ECONOMICAL CONDITIONS All participants (athletes, coaches and officials) must pay participations fee. The cost of the stay per person per night is: 130 EUR (double or single room according the places) The price includes the full board accommodation, local transportation, entry to the competition and transportation from and to Paris Airport or Paris Chateau de Vincennes metro station. Nations wishing to arrange their own accommodation must pay 80 EUR for accreditation per participant. This amount includes, competition fees, lunch packets for the competition days and access to official transportation between competition sites. Please contact directly the hosting NF/LOC to request for accommodation for family and friends wishing to attend the competition. Total cost has to be paid by bank transfer latest up to the technical meeting on arrival. For your and our convenience we kindly ask you to make payment by transfer.

INSURANCE All members of the attending Delegations must insure themselves in case of accidental injury or illness. The organizer will not accept any responsibility financial or otherwise for loss, injury or illness of any Delegation member.
