Camp Director: Kyle Carhart Locations: Murray Lake Gym (1 st -2 nd grades); High School Gyms (3 rd -8 th grades) Each camper will receive excellent individual instruction by members of our coaching staff and High School players. Each day will include games, contests and "skills and drills" stations to develop proper basketball fundamentals. In addition, each camper will receive daily lectures on topics such as commitment, making good life choices, and the importance of being a good teammate. We were 52-11 as a program and still looking to get better! We owe much of that success in how we prepare in the summer. Our camp will instruct players the basic skills of shooting, passing, dribbling, and defense while developing the Lady Red Arrow competitive edge. Last summer we had over 120 campers involved in our program and want to continue on our success. Lot s of fun, prizes, and hard work will make this summer s camp the best on yet. Days: Mondays & Wednesdays, June 22 until August Time: 6:00 7:30 p.m. CROSS COUNTRY Boys & Girls (Incoming 7 th & 8 th Graders only) Cost: $120 Camp Director: Paul Judd Location: Sandy Foot Camp (Ludington, MI) Spend 5 days/4 nights camping at Cartier Park and hanging out on the beaches and dunes of Ludington. Each day consists of 3 workouts to help the athlete build both their endurance and core strength. Special focus will be placed on running as a group, technique work, and strength training. Each day closes with a meal and an evening activity. Campers must be able to run 4 continuous miles prior to start of camp. There will be 2 contests during the week: The Big Dune Challenge and The Mojave Run. Anyone interested in cross country or improving overall fitness is encouraged to attend. Campers are responsible for transportation to and from Ludington. Campers will also get time at the beach each day. Application/Permission Forms are available from the MS Office. GOLF Boys & Girls Cost: $50 Camp Director: Arrowhead Golf Course Staff/High School Coaches Location: Arrowhead Golf Course This camp is designed to teach the basic fundamentals of the game. Emphasis will be placed on grip, stance, swing and short game, along with basic rules, course etiquette and course maintenance. You must provide your own clubs. Dates: June 22, 23, 24, 25 (Friday June 26 will be held as a rain date only) Time: 8:00-10:00 a.m. GYMNASTICS - Girls Cost: $55 Camp Director: Michele DeHaan Location: Runciman Gym Campers will be introduced to the basics on vault, bars, beam and floor. Camp Director is the Lowell Varsity Gymnastics Coach assisted by members of the high school gymnastics team. (This camp is NOT designed for AAU gymnastics team members; check the website for other summer camp information.) Camp training will be facilitated by LHS Varsity Coaches; Coach O'Keefe & Coach Lipon, LASSO coaches and many of the varsity soccer players. Camp sessions are designed to be developmentally appropriate to ensure a fun and safe environment. Includes camp t-shirt. Dates: June 23, 24, 25, 26 5-8 year olds: 6:00-7:30 p.m. 9-13 year olds: 6:00-8:00 p.m. (incoming freshmen should attend the H.S. camp)

TENNIS Boys & Girls Cost: $55 for 2 weeks Camp Director: Chris Phillips Location: LHS Tennis Courts A great opportunity for kids to learn the game of tennis or continue improving their skills. Beginners will be taught basic tennis skills and rules with fun and exciting drills and games. More advanced players will learn skills, techniques, and strategy to help improve their game. Come join the fun at the High School tennis courts. Optional supervised inter-city competitive play will be held on Fridays at no additional cost. Instructors will be high school coaches, as well as qualified high school and college players. T-shirts will be included in the cost of the camp. Dates: Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays from June 15-June 26 5-11 year olds: 9:00-10:00 a.m. 12-18 years old: 10:00-11:30 a.m. VOLLEYBALL Girls Cost: $45 Camp Director: Julie Quist Location: LHS Gyms Lowell Volleyball is "On the Rise" and it begins here at our summer camp! Beginner campers will enjoy fun-filled days of instruction with an emphasis on the basic fundamentals. Higher level campers will be challenged by skill development with focused attention on position-specific training and competition opportunities. The campers will enjoy games, contests, and skill training from the Lowell coaching staff and former and present high school players. Boudro & Matt Bishop Location: Cherry Creek Gym The toddler camp is designed to introduce wrestling in a non-intensive way for the young grapplers. The elementary and middle school camps are designed to develop basic positions and skills with wrestlers in the same age group. All camps will be run by the Lowell wrestling coaching staff and varsity wrestlers. Dads and Moms are welcome to stay and participate. There will be family float on the final day of camp (Thursday July 16 th )! Wrestlers and their family members are welcome to join in on the fun as we float down the Flat River and then have a cookout in downtown Lowell.
