Dover Class will be Second Level Test 3 Class #123,#223. GAIG/USDF Qualifying Classes - Add a Q after the class number on the entry form. Note: Rider/Owner must be full members of USEF and participating or business members of USDF. Horse must be Lifetime or annual recorded with USEF and have Lifetime horse registration with USDF. ENTRY FEE SCHEDULE ENTRIES: You may use equestrian entries to enter online. Please use USEF/CDS entry form that can be found at www.fairwindfarm.com or www.californiadressage.org. All entries must be postmarked by the closing date, or a late fee of $15 will be charged per entry. Show management may close entries early if the show is filled. Entries must be filled out completely, a $10 fee will apply to all incomplete entries. EACH ENTRY MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF ALL MEMBERSHIP CARDS (USEF/USDF/CDS) for horse/rider and owner/trainer and coach, as indicated on the form. Make checks payable to Fairwind Farm. If competitors check is returned a $35 bank fee will be charged, any account left unpaid will be turned over to USEF for further action. ENTRY FEES PER CLASS USDF Introductory level - $30 per test Training - Fourth level - $50 per test FEI classes - $55 per test USDF QUALIFYING CLASSES add $10 per class fee. Entry changes after closing date $15 Incomplete entry fee $20 Late entry fee $15 accepted if space is available MANDATORY ENTRY FEES PER HORSE:USEF drug fee $16, CDFA drug fee $5, Office fee $25, CDS Travel Grant fee $3, Grounds fee $15 per horse. FREESTYLE entries must send copy of eligibility test with entry. Freestyle music must be on compact disc, please give to show secretary upon check in or on show day. SCRATCHES AND CANCELLATIONS: It is the responsibility of the competitor to inform the show secretary of intention to scratch. Scratches before the closing date, or at any time with a Doctor's or Veterinarian's certificate will have fees refunded less the office fee. Show cancellation or reschedule for a rain date will not be refunded. RIDE TIMES will be emailed and posted on the Wednesday before each show date at www.fairwindfarm.com or www.foxvillage.com. It is the responsibility of the rider to call the show secretary if ride times cannot be found online. Riders should be prepared to ride at any time, as classes may need to be scheduled out of order. PLEASE SUBMIT A LEGIBLE EMAIL ADDRESS. AWARDS: Ribbons 1st-5th, Prize to 1st, if less than three in a class only ribbons will be awarded. Ribbons for high score for each day FEI, AA, Open and Jr/YR, and best turnout, early entry. Lots of prizes will be available. SERIES HIGHPOINT COOLERS FOR FEI/OPEN/AA/JR-YR. ARENAS & FOOTING: All tests will be ridden in 20x60 meter nike/sand arenas. One warm-up arena, covered, another slightly smaller. Only competition horses in arena during competition. PARKING: Plentiful and easy! STABLING: Limited permanent 12x12 stalls with doors at $40/day (not night) (includes $15 grounds fee) Extra shavings $9 per bag. Covered paddocks also available upon request. Send in stabling request with entry. VET AND FARRIER:On call, numbers posted in show office. About 2.4 miles. IMPORTANT NOTE: HELMETS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHILE NOT SHOWING, INCLUDING FRIDAY BEFORE SHOW. (TOPHATS WORN DURING COMPETITION HOURS ONLY). ALL entries must be completely filled in with all required numbers and signatures.
