Course operations will remain under the jurisdiction of the Northbrook Park District staff. 4) Clarification regarding the Scope of Services in terms of the Feasibility Study: The 2017 Golf Operations Assessment outlined several areas where we can expand our services and amenities that Sportsman s Country Club can provide. Prior to constructing these amenities, the Park District is looking to validate the assessment recommendations as it relates the return on investment (ROI), cost of additional maintenance, confirm that there is deficit/need for this amenity in our market. As an example: What is the optimal number of hitting stations on the range? What is the optimal number to be covered/heated? What is our ROI? *As a part of this project the Park District will require a feasibility study to be completed. That study will be completed by a third party hired by the Park District or if you have someone that you have worked with and want included on your team, please highlight that as a part of your proposal. Receipt of this addendum shall be acknowledged by signing below and including a copy within the Bid Documents. 1
