INSPECTION 1) Inspect upon receipt and before each use; never use a damaged, bent, or broken platform Do not use if damaged, bent, or broken!
INSPECTION 2) Keep rungs and platform deck clean and dry; The X-Deck must be kept free from grease, oil, mud, paint, and other slippery materials. Work platform should be clean and free of grease and oils Rungs should be clean and free of grease and oils.
INSPECTION 3) Do not replace locking pins with other objects.
INSPECTION 4) Always wear slip resistant boots or shoes while using the X-Deck.

Proper Set Up 1) For the 36 platform make sure the locking pins are fully inserted and secured on both sides of the Work Station before use. For the 18 you only have one pin. Side View Top View
Proper Set Up 2) When using Extension Planks, make sure they are secured in the platform holes.
Proper Set Up 3) Place on firm surface with secured footing. Do not use on slippery surfaces. 4) Do Not place on boxes or unstable bases or other scaffolds to gain additional height.
Proper Climbing and Use 1) Do not use this platform if you are subject to fainting spells, are using medicine or alcohol, are physically impaired, or uncomfortable on raised surfaces.
Proper Climbing and Use 2) Always secure your balance with hand rails or other OSHA approved safety fall protection. 3) Do Not work off of platform rungs. Rungs are only for access to the deck.

Proper Climbing and Use 8) Do Not overreach, move the X-Deck when needed. 9) ALWAYS keep your center of gravity above the deck. 10) Do Not push or pull the X-Deck while standing on the rungs or deck.
Proper Storage and Carrying 1) Place Work Station in flat position and make sure that both locking pins (Both sides) are fully inserted and secured for storing and carrying.

Operating Instructions 1) Lay platform flat and stand on platform rung side.
Operating Instructions 2) Locking Pins are to your right. One in front, one on the back side of the deck. Remove both locking pins. Note: the 18 platform only has one safety pin.
Operating Instructions 3) Using left hand on the deck at Lift Here, decal raise platform to desired height.
Operating Instructions 4) Insert Locking pins through the deck on both sides of the Work Station. Rotate pins to lock into position to secure deck. The 18 only has one locking pin.

Wheel Operations The wheels are cocked in the roll position by tipping the platform to one side. The wheels will lock once your weight is applied to the platform.
