COMPOSITION/INFORMATION ON INGREDIENTS Chemical Description: Chemical Blend Ingredient CAS# % by Classification Wt Ethanol 64-17-5 30-60 Flammable Liquids Category 2 H225 Serious Eye Damage/Eye Irritation Category 2A H319 Methanol 67-56-1 1-5 Flammable Liquids Category 2 H225 Acute Toxicity (Oral) Category 3 H301 Acute Toxicity (Dermal) Category 3 H311 Acute Toxicity (Inhalation) Category 3 H331 Page 2 of 9

4. FIRST AID MEASURES Inhalation: Eye Contact: Skin Contact: Ingestion: Notes to Physician: Remove to fresh air. If symptoms persist consult physician. Remove contacts. Flush with water for at least 20 minutes, occasionally lifting the upper and lower eyelids. Repeat if required. If irritation persists, get medical attention. Thoroughly wash exposed skin with soap and water. Remove any contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Wash out mouth with water. Drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting unless directed by medical personal. Never give anything to an unconscious person. Get medical aid. Acute Poison. May be fatal if swallowed. If swallowed there is a risk of blindness. Toxic if swallowed, in contact with skin or if inhaled. Ingestion causes nausea, weakness and central nervous system effects, headache, vomiting, dizziness, symptoms of drunkenness. Coma and death due to respiratory failure may follow severe exposures: Medical treatment necessary. A latent period of several hours may occur between exposure and the onset of symptoms. Treat symptomatically and supportively. The severity of outcome following methanol ingestion may be more related to the time between ingestion and treatment, rather than the amount ingested. Therefore, there is a need for rapid treatment of any ingestion exposure. Call a POISON CENTER. Antidote: Fomepizole enhances elimination of metabolic formic acid. Antidote should be administered by qualified medical personnel. 5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES Suitable extinguishing media: Unsuitable extinguishing media: Special exposure hazards Special safety equipment: Fire and explosion Further information As per surrounding fire. Caution: Use of water spray when fighting fire may be inefficient. Small Fire: Use alcohol resistant foam, dry chemical, CO2 or water spray. Large Fire: Use alcohol resistant foam, fog or water spray - Do not use water jets. If safe to do so, move undamaged containers from fire area. Cool containers with flooding quantities of water until well after fire is out. Avoid getting water inside containers. Alcohol resistant foam is a preferred firefighting medium, but if not available, fine water spray can be used. No information available. Fire or excessive heat may produce hazardous decomposition products. Self-contained positive pressure breathing apparatus and protective clothing. FLAMMABLE: These liquids have a low flashpoint - Will be easily ignited by heat, sparks or flame. Vapours will form explosive mixtures with air. Vapours may travel to source of ignition and flash back. Most vapours are heavier than air and will collect in low or confined areas (drains, basements, tanks). Many liquids are lighter than water. Containers may explode when heated. Fire will produce irritating, poisonous and/or corrosive gases. Vapours from runoff may create explosion hazard. Keep containers and surrounding cool with water spray. Page 3 of 9

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES Personal Precautions, Protective Equipment and Emergency Procedures General Measures: Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Do not breathe mist or dust. For Non-Emergency Personnel Protective Equipment: Use appropriate personal protection equipment (PPE). Emergency Procedures: Evacuate unnecessary personnel. For Emergency Personnel Protective Equipment: Equip cleanup crew with proper protection. Emergency Procedures: Ventilate area. Environmental Precautions Prevent entry to sewers and public waters. Methods and Material for Containment and Cleaning Up For Containment: Contain any spills with dikes to prevent migration and entry into sewers or streams. Eliminate all ignition sources (no smoking, flares, sparks or flame) within at least 50m - All equipment used when handling the product must be earthed. Do not touch or walk through spilled material. Stop leak if safe to do so - Prevent entry into waterways, drains or confined areas. Vapour-suppressing foam may be used to control vapours - Water spray may be used to knock down or divert vapour clouds. Absorb with earth, sand or other non-combustible material. Use clean, non-sparking tools to collect absorbed material and place it into loosely-covered metal or plastic containers for later disposal. Methods for Cleaning Up: Clear up spills immediately by sweeping up and dispose of waste safely. Reference to Other Sections: See Heading 8. Exposure controls and personal protection. 7. HANDLING AND STORAGE Precautions for safe handling: Ensure good ventilation/exhaustion at the workplace. Prevent formation of mist. Information about fire - and explosion protection: Keep respiratory protective device available. No special measures required. Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities Storage: Requirements to be met by storerooms and receptacles: Store in a cool location below 120F/49C Information about storage in one common storage facility: Store away from foodstuffs. Further information about storage conditions: Store in cool, dry conditions in well sealed receptacles. Store receptacle in a well-ventilated area. Keep container tightly sealed. Keep away from heat and flame. Specific end use(s) No further relevant information available. Page 4 of 9
