Backgrund: The Pennsylvania State 4-H Clver Award Prgram encmpasses leadership skill develpment in 4-H members as they grw in the 4-H prgram. Levels are based ff f the Achievement Ladder curriculum, Stepping Stnes curriculum, and materials develped by staff in Bucks, Smerset, and Westmreland cunties. Prerequisites fr ALL LEVELS: 1. Member must attend a minimum f 60% f club meetings and cmplete at least ne apprved 4-H prject during the prgram year. 2. Member can nly cmplete ne level per prgram year. ** 1 P age
