Own drinks and/ food are not permitted We will be delighted to help you with all your requirements Dress Code Course: Clubhouse: Etiquette Golf shoes and appropriate golfing attire must be wn on the golf course. No denims trainers are allowed and golfers should wear golfing shirt with collar and shts that are tailed with predominantly white socks. Shirts are to be tucked inside shts trousers. Smart casual wear is acceptable in the clubhouse at all times; shirts must have collars. Golf shoes, jeans, collarless t-shirts, tracksuits, baseball caps and hats are not permitted and tailed shts are permitted only until 6.30 pm. Smart casual is permitted in the evening, and ALL players are expected to shower after the game. It is expected that Societies will vacate the restaurant and retire to the lounge bar at the end of their meal to allow staff to prepare the room f the following day. Any Society wishing to hold its AGM on the day of its Golf Day at Lee-on-the-Solent may only do so by pri arrangement. Mobile Phones may be on but switched to silent vibrate and calls may be answered on the balcony in the passageway, but NOT in the bar. Phones are to be used on the course in EMERGENCIES ONLY. The repair of pitch marks and divots is essential to the quality of the course. Speed of play must be adhered to at all times. A player should pick up and move on if unable to sce. Players should conduct themselves within the rules of golf at all times. Fmat We prefer matches to be played in three-ball fmat. Medal play and Texas Scramble is a slow fmat and is only acceptable by pri arrangement.

A non-returnable booking deposit of 50 is required no later than 14 days from the date of the provisional booking. Deposits are deductible from the final invoice, but will be ffeited in the event of cancellation within three months of the event unless a replacement can be booked by the Club. 2. All details, including number of golfers and menu choices, must be confirmed no later than 3 days befe the event. No shows on the day will be charged at full rate. 3. Society bookings are not accepted f less than 9 players and this number will be charged f as a minimum at all times. 4. The balance of all fees should be paid to the office befe the final round of golf on the day of the event. 5. Tee times allocated are to be strictly adhered to at all times and all golfers should ensure that they arrive at least 20 minutes befe tee-off time. Tee times lost through late arrival may well be ffeited. 6. Societies are expected at all times to play off the Tee of the Day, which will nmally be yellows. 7. All players should possess an official club society handicap. 8. Lee-on-the-Solent members taking part in golf days are excluded from paying green fees, but have to pay the full catering element of the society fee. The entitlement to introduce guests at reduced rates does not apply to society bookings of any nature. 9. Our dress code and golf etiquette must be adhered to at all times. If in doubt - ASK!
