Effects of Overexposure (Sings and Symptoms of exposure) Eyes- causes severe irritation and damage, which is likely to lead to impairment or loss of vision. Skin- can cause severe irritation and excessive or prolonged contact can result in blisters and burns. Inhalation- due to the physical nature of this product. Inhalation is unlikely. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION STEPS TO BE TAKEN IN CASE MATERIAL IS RELEASED OR SPILLED Small Spill: Absorb liquid on paper, vermiculite, floor absorbent, or other absorbent material and transfer to hood. Flush area with water. Large Spill: Persons not wearing protective equipment should be excluded from area of spill until clean up has been completed. Stop spill at source, dike area of spill to prevent spreading, pump liquid to salvage tank. Remaining liquid may be taken up on sand, clay, earth, floor absorbent material and shoveled into containers.
