A maximum of 4 coach accreditations will be issued to each club. Coach Accreditation will be ready for collection at the official Weigh-in following online entry. Application for a coaching pass will not be accepted on the days of the event. (Friday night weigh-in or Saturday). Coach Accreditation is required for access to the mat area. Coach Accreditation will be issued by name and are non-transferable. Parents or Volunteers will not be issued Coach Accreditation for this event. The event location is North Side of Dublin City for those looking for local accommodation. All individuals must arrange their own transport. Any person who wishes to photograph the event should apply for accreditation at the official Weigh-in. This is in line with Best Practice regarding Safeguarding for Children in Sport. Media Accreditation will only be issued to those who complete the accreditation form; ID may be required so please bring driver s licence/passport. Please adhere to this policy. Anti- Doping Draw Competition Mode Shall be conducted in conjunction with Sport Ireland Anti-Doping Rules which are compliant with the World Anti-Doping Code and tests shall be conducted in line with best practices. Will be done prior to the event. Where a competitor (save for a minor) fails to make the weight category a fee of 5.00 will be required to change weight category. All minor competitors will have a minimum of two fights and either the pool system or double reperchage shall be used. For all other competitors, competition will be carried out according to the rules and sporting codes of the IJF/ EJU KO system. Evidence of membership with the IJA and NIJF must be produced on check-in. Competitors must be members of the Irish Judo Association or the Northern Ireland Judo Federation. Judogi & Control Judogi This competition is only for members of the Irish Judo Association & Northern Ireland Judo Federation. The competition will be held in white or blue judogi for all minor, pre-cadet and cadet players. Those competing in the junior, senior and veteran grades must have a white and blue judogi. This will be strictly enforced. must wear a white non-transparent t-shirt. Bras must not have any hard pieces. Long hair must be tied up with the appropriate elastic band. Make up and jewellery are prohibited. Nails should be cut short. The judogi control will be performed by the referees. Only back patches with IRL & NIR, will be permitted, no other country code can be noted on back patch. Insurance Each club is responsible for insuring its competitors against injury and third-party risk during the relevant period. The Irish Judo Association will not accept any liability for any loss or damage howsoever arising.
