Overseas entrants must have a letter of authority from their National Governing Body (I.J.F. Member). All other regulations regarding the event will be in accordance with The BJA tournament handbook. b) Medallists must wear Judogi during the medal presentations c) Competitors must wear suitable footwear at all times when off the mat. d) Points scoring~ Seniors & Youth where appropriate. e) First player called for a contest may a blue or white suit. Players wearing a white suit must wear a blue belt. Players wearing a blue suit may wear their grade belt. COACH ARENA PASS APPLICATION FORM The BJA Midland Area committee has made special entry arrangements with the national indoor arena management for coaches entry to the arena floor. If a coach wishes to be allowed access to the arena floor whilst his/her players are participating, the following rules must be observed: 1. Include 4.00 entrance fee with the completed application form. 2. Send one (1) passport photograph, photocopy of your coach accreditation card, and a stamped addressed envelope to the address below. Note: any coach not in possession of an official coach badge will have to pay to enter the national indoor arena as a spectator at a cost of 9.00. This will not allow access to arena floor NO PASSES WILL BE ISSUED EITHER ON THE SATURDAY EVENING OR SUNDAY MORNING. PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULING.
