ENTRIES All competition Registration, entries and accommodation for the competition are made using the IWAS Management system (IMS) at: http:// www.iwas.sport80.com. Entry Registration via sport80 is obligatory, no separate entries are sent to the competition organizer. Please see new Registration/ Entry Fee and accommodation Packages below Last date for entry is 15th September 2018. No entry will be accepted after this date. ENTRY REGISTRATION AND ACCOMMODATION FEES: All registration, entries and Official accommodation is made using the IMS. Please make your entries and add all names and accommodation information, and competition event names in the appropriate sections. The following packages are available to all Nations for this competition: PACKAGE ONE: Registration Fee only. This will allow competition accreditation only. Airport transfers, travel to venue, accommodation and food is NOT included. Registration Fee 200 Euros. (This will include your IWAS Capitation Fee) PACKAGE TWO: Registration Fee, airport transfers, transport to the venue, accommodation and food included. Registration Fee 200 Euros, plus accommodation per night Double Room Rate 220 Euros per room/night (equates to 110 Euros, per person, per night) Single Room Rate - 150 Euros per room/night (equates to 150 Euros per person, per night) Official Hotel Accommodation and Venue Hotel & Preference Hualing Tbilisi; (Tbilisi Sea New City, +995 0322505025) PAYMENT DEADLINE: 15 th September 2018-100% of entry fee with all bank charges. All Invoices will be issued directly from IMS Upon invoicing the 200 EURO/participant registration fee must be paid directly IWAS. Registration fees will be invoiced directly to the Nations IWAS Members/ Fencing Federations using the IWAS Management system (IMS). Please note that your registration and entry to the competition is not complete until the IWAS registration fee has been received by IWAS. Invoicing for the Official Accommodation will be sent via IMS once you have completed the booking section and is paid directly to the LOC using the bank details on the invoice and information.
OPHARDT In addition, all athletes and referees have to be registered via the Ophardt system not later than 15th September 2018: http://www.wheelchairfencing.live/en/ Registration via Ophardt system is obligatory. The data from entry forms and Ophardt system must be consistent and current. It is responsibility of national federations to inform LOC and keep both data up-to-date. REFEREES Countries must provide referees with their National Teams as follows: 1-3 fencers: 0 Referee 4-7 fencers: 1 Referee 8 or more fencers: 2 Referees In case, the delegation does not provide referees according to this rule the delegation has to pay 1000 Euro penalty fee per each missing referee. INSURANCE All members of attending delegations should insure themselves in case of accidents, injuries or illness.
