The contract is done with the online registration for the price of the respective registration date, if the registration is done and paid within 7 days of. All fees include 19% VAT, as well as the organizer fee to the BWTV. All fees include 19% VAT and the duty for the regional Baden-Württemberg Triathlon Association. Payment of the entry fee, licence fee (if necessary) or additional booked performances (e.g. Late Check-In Middle Distance/ Olympic Distance), can effected by debit note (SEPA) for german athletes plus additionally with credit card for foreoign athletes. All bank fees or credit card fees are included in the entry fee! Entry limit: The number of entries is limited. License/One-day permit: Athletes without a valid license of their national triathlon association must purchase a one-day permit for the Olympic Distance for EUR 20,- and for the Middle Distance for EUR 25,-! Athletes doing the Sprint Distance and relay starters do not need a license or permit. Athletes with a valid license must show it personally with an official ID at the race package pick-up. page 3 of 5
Further information on the one-day permit and the duty can be found on www.bwtv.de (only in German). Time keeping: The time keeping is done by an active transponder system of the Abavent GmbH from Kempten. The required chip is provided on loan. If the chip is not returned after the competition, the loss will be billed at 30, - per chip. Prize money and prizes in kind: Prize money will be given only to single PRO starters of Middle Distance. Price money overall: Men & Women > places 1 to 6: 3500 / 2100 / 1400 / 1150 / 850 / 500 On all other distances there will be given non-cash prizes. Age groups and judgement: M = male, W = female. Age-class is counting. Minimum age: For all single distances and all relays, only athletes are admitted that are of full age according to German law (18 years old) the latest when picking up the race package at the race office (Hotel Mercure) and acknowledging the disclaimer. s: A relay team must consist of a minimum of 2 athletes, i.e. there is also the possibility that one person accomplishes two parts for one team. Application: Registration takes place via the online registration system of the company Abavent GmbH / PANI Solutions. When logging in, it is recommended to set up a personal user account. As a result, each user has the advantage of personal data like name, club, etc. to be adjusted later. A right to a starting place exists only after doing the payment within 7 days after registration. Cancellation/Change of registration: A cancellation is possible up to and including 11 th of May 2019 without any reason. Until this time, a refund of the entry fee less a processing/cancellation fee of 20% on the total paid amount, including any booked additional services. A cancellation is possible after 11 th of May 2019 until 17 th May 2019 on presentation of a medical certificate. In this case, 50% of the total amount paid, including any additional services booked, will be issued and reimbursed as a voucher for registration for the Challenge Heilbronn 2020. A transfer of the entry slot to another person or to the following year is not possible, but a transfer to a different distance, only if there are still slots available. For an "upgrade" to a longer distance and thus a higher registration fee, the surcharge will be charged at the currently valid registration fee plus a processing fee of 25 euros. For a downgrade to a shorter distance and a lower registration fee, a processing fee of 25 euros will be charged and the difference will be refunded at the currently valid registration fee.
